This is a ski resort during the winter season. Although it’s still early season, they managed to open with man made snow. The snow condition is good but not great because the trail is narrow and there are too much skiers. However, it’s a great experience in the early season. The resort is also next to an outlet center . There are 200 plus shops. It’s great for non skiers. The hot springs are also great, especially for the skiers after the exercises. We are vegetarian and the restaurant taking care our request seriously. Over all, it’s a great experience and I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

車を夜間駐車場に停める時は、暗いので駐車位置が良く分からないのが欠点、駐車場は広すぎるので尚更、宿泊全般に関しては問題無い、広い清掃の行き届いた通路、大きいバスタブ、アメニティ、清潔なベッド、清潔な温泉（宿泊施設から移動するのに少し通路が入り組んでいますが）、アウトレットも徒歩で林の中を通ってほぼ３分で行けるので便利、バスもありますが利用しなくても大丈夫ですか

Saya menginap di Hilton Kikyo, Twin Line Hotel dan Indigo di tahun 2017, tetapi interiornya bagus dan suasananya menyenangkan. 我們入住的是東王子的小木屋. 整體的體驗非常的好! 我們入住當天提早到, 可以先到車站前王子飯店的服務櫃檯, 先寄放行李, 服務人員非常的友善, 還可以直接安排人員將行李送往飯店報到櫃台. 飯店櫃檯的人員服務也非常友善跟專業. 小木屋的周圍環境非常好, 屋內的設施以及空間也比想像的好很多. 由於鄰近outlet, 周圍移動都有定時接駁巴士, 很方便.

The hotel is just a walkable distance from the JR station and is next to the outlet shopping center. The hotel has shuttle bus service from the outlet to the hotel and is convenient. The environment of the hotel is great, peaceful and natural although it looks like a bit old inside.

Saya menginap di sini dalam perjalanan ski bersama teman-teman. Pelayanan staf, makanan, dan kamar semuanya sangat baik. Saya harap ini bermanfaat bagi mereka yang berencana untuk tinggal di sini, tetapi karena luasnya, saya pikir Anda dapat berkeliling dengan lebih mudah dengan menggunakan shuttle bus yang berkeliling di sekitar lokasi. Selain itu, salju masih menumpuk sepanjang tahun ini, sehingga sulit untuk berjalan kaki, jadi saya pikir akan lebih baik untuk mengambil banyak waktu sehingga saya tidak perlu khawatir tentang banyak hal. Saya ingin tinggal di sana lagi jika jadwal saya memungkinkan!

싱글침대가 총 4개라서 어른 둘 아이 둘이 자기에 좋았어요 침구가 푹신해서 좋았으며 바닥 난방도 가능하여 발이 시렵지 않고 공기까지 따듯해졌습니다. 안에 조리시설, 전자레인지는 없으며 작은 앞접시와 종류별 컵이 3 세트나 있어서 차를 마시기에 충분했습니다. 자연친화적인 뷰가 행복하게 만들어줍니다. 아울렛은 이스트 호텔에서 걸어서 도보로 3분입니다.

[Check-in] For guests staying in the cottage room type, please come to the cottage front desk when checking in.
The property may assign a smoking room or dog-friendly room to guests who make a reservation without specifying a room. Guests with allergies to animals or who are sensitive to smoke are not advised to book a room without a specific room.

[Notice] Forest Hot Spring (East Hot Spring Facility) and fitness room are exclusively for guests staying at East Main Building Twin Room, The Prince Karuizawa, and The Prince Villa Karuizawa.

A separate bathing tax of 150 yen per person per night will be charged.

Guests staying at the East Cottage can use it for a fee.Adult/2,000 yen Child/1,850 yen (7:00A.M.-7:00P.M.)Children over 6 years old will be charged the same price as adults.

Guests with dinner plans must check in by 08:00 PM. Dinner will be canceled after the check-in time and no refund will be given.

Dinner time: Dinner is available from 05:00 PM to 08:30 PM. *Business hours vary depending on the restaurant.

Please note that when booking more than 5 rooms, different booking conditions and additional charges may apply.
Guests who are staying in twin rooms are allowed to use the hot spring. Guests staying in cottages are not allowed to use the hot spring.
