The Westin Tokyo is very nice hotel but travelers beware that staff do not enforce mask wearing and there were numerous guests in the lobby and in shared spaces without masks and even several who were sneezing and coughing. When alerted of the situation the staff refused to deal with the situation. Better to wait until the end of the pandemic to stay here.

My family stayed at Westin-Tokyo hotel for the past 8 months during these unprecedented times. Absolutely blown away by the quality of our extended stay. Every interaction within the hotel was wonderful and entire staff was a treasure. Not only was the hospitality of the staff unparalleled, but the environment and cuisine were both exceptional respectively. The moment I walked in the Westin, I felt I was in another world! A combination of style, colors, luxury, and welcoming staff! The presentation of the hotel was flawless. Location is perfect, with easy access to the subway and in walking distance of lots of key sights. Last but least, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Westin team for their hospitality and going above and beyond with everything they have done during our stay. Under the leadership of Charles Jack who is an amazing professional seasoned in many hotels around the world, Takahashi-san (Director of Rooms) and her entire staff at front desk, concierge, service express and room service, Ishiguro-san (Director- F&B) and his entire restaurant staff, Kim-san and her entire team at the executive lounge. We had such a warm, friendly, attentive service from everyone we encountered. Unfortunately, tripadvisor doesn’t allow sufficient space, I would have written every single person’s name on this post. I have no words to describe how much I’ve enjoyed my stay. Westin provides tranquility within the energetic city. Great food, amenities and rooms with world class staff -- can't recommend highly enough for business or pleasure.

Spent many a night here on work travels. For the uninitiated, the Ebisu district is well-located, and with no shortage of things to see and do. This hotel is just on the edge of the much busier commercial district, but still connected to a large underground restaurant gallery that connects directly to the train station. The hotel is well-equipped. Restaurants serve a mix of Japanese and western fare. The gin bar (they serve other things, of course!) at the top is NOT TO BE MISSED. The views of the massive expanse of Tokyo, plus live music, and the largest gin selection I've ever seen. Such a fantastic place. I'd happily stay here anytime I find myself in Tokyo!

We had a great time in February visiting Tokyo. The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly. My favorite thing was breakfast every morning. They had lots of different smoothies, fresh fruit, sushi, the best orange juice EVER! Different soups, doughnuts. Anything and everything you can think of. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again! Easy to get to the subway too:)

I have been here twice, each time never failed to meet my expectations. The hotel is full of marble (Albeit we eventually learned the marble was fake - though it still gives the same feel), even in the room that we stayed in there were giant marble pillars! The room was amazing, it was large and came with a plush bed, pillow and blanket! There was wall to wall carpeting and a desk to work on. In addition to this there was a snug sofa. To top it off there was a giant bathroom which had a shower, bathtub, sink and a large space. The amenities were amazing, things such as a wireless charger, large flatscreen TV, a wonderful selection of toiletries, a radio, and a few Westin Items (Bathrobe, Sleep Solution, Shoes) and the list goes on! The food (Especially Breakfast) was amazing and the flavours and variety presented at their main breakfast buffet was absolutely astounding, someone needs to give these chefs a pat on the back! The bursting flavour given in the in room dining meals never failed to satisfy, however the waiting times were rather long. The staff were kind and sweet and that is always a great thing to have, they always helped if we had any sort of question and they really did their job well! The location is perfect and driving times to main areas around Tokyo are minimal. The Ebisu Garden Palace is right next door, and there are lots of good restaurants in that complex. All in all, this is one of my favourite properties in Tokyo, and I highly recommend you stay here.
