当日、新幹線の停電に遭遇し、当初の到着時間よりかなり遅れてしまいました。停電だったのでいつ復旧かも不明で不安でホテルにも連絡をしました。東海道新幹線から北陸新幹線を乗り継いでだったので北陸に乗る時にも連絡を入れました。結果９時到着予定が２時間遅れで１１時過ぎに到着になってしまいました。電話口でも「ご連絡ありがとうございます。こちらは大丈夫なので気を付けていらして下さい。お待ちしております。」と言って頂き心が軽くなりました。到着するとフロントでお二人の方が待っていて頂き「お疲れさまでした。」と笑顔で言っていただき嬉しかったです。息子の受験があり宿泊したのですが、息子にお守りを頂いたのと部屋の冷蔵庫にお水を冷やした状態で入れといて頂き「どうぞお使いください。」と本当に心遣いが嬉しかったです。今回、送電が行かないと宿泊も怪しかったので本当に行けて良かったです。心遣いがとても暖かいホテルでした。受験でいろいろ宿泊しましたが、一番良かったです。機会があれば、また宿泊したいです。

I went to this hotel for visiting a professor at Shinshu University. I stayed for 2 nights. Although the hotel is small, it is locating right next to the train station. I could go to nearby shopping mall for shopping. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Importantly, my room is clean and cozy. it is a must go hotel if you visit Ueda.

駅にも近く、ホテルの設備も一通りは不備なく揃ってます。スタッフの方々も本当にいい人達でした。 2度目の宿泊ですが、大変よくしていただいたので引き続き次回も利用させていただこうと思っています。

対応も素早く親切で、とても良かったです。想像以上に古い感じですが、部屋は清潔感があり綺麗で、特に問題はありません。ベッドもセミダブルで、一人で寝るには十分な大きさで広々してました(^^) また行く機会があれば、是非利用させて頂きたいです。

駅に近く、とても便利でした。フロントの対応は良かったです。朝食は食パンと冷凍の焼きおにぎりがありました。コーヒーは自由に飲めるので、まあ、少しは足しになりました。

値段が安いだけの理由はあるにはある（ある程度の古さと部屋の狭さ）が、清潔感はあり、私は風呂に入れて、寝れればよいので問題なし。駅前で立地は◎。朝食コーナーは広くないが部屋数もそれほど多くないホテルなので混むことはなかった。フロントの対応もよかった。

仕事で一泊しました。駐車場はなくて近くの公営駐車場でした。一泊500円。宿泊代が随分安いので問題ありません。同価格帯の他のホテルに比べても室内はきれいです。朝食は無料ですが、シンプルです。当方は食事にこだわらないのでOKでした。

位置方便，旁邊就係上田車站，交通方便，環境舒適。唯一在意係酒店12~3會唔開，你寄存行李都要在2點先有得拎。另外，酒店早餐就唔好有太大的期望，因為只會在lobby位置提供三款麵包同咖啡。但整體而言係唔錯的同價廉物美的。

익숙한 비즈니스 호텔 스타일의 정석이었다고 생각됨. 직원은 친절하고 시설도 깔끔했음. 작은 규모여서 처음에는 우려가 있었는데, 이용해 보니까 편안하게 지낼 수 있어서 좋았음. 다만 오후 2시까지 문을 아예 열지 않는다는 것이 함정;; 체크인 시간 전에 짐을 두고 이동하려고 했는데 맡길 곳이 없으니, 결국 역까지 가서 코인라커를 써야 했음. 요컨대, 다 좋았지만, 오전 10시~오후 2시까지 아예 문이 잠긴다는 점이 매우 불편했음. (샤워실 크기가 작다는 점은 감안을 해야 할 듯. 본인은 덩치가 크지 않아서 큰 문제가 없었지만.)

The Ueda Ekimae Royal hotel was quite nice, especially considering the price. It's conveniently located in the center of Ueda and is right next to the train station. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was helpful and professional. Heads up for anyone else: while the washer works well, the drier doesn't, so it look a few cycles to get all my clothes dry.
