I'v been here many times, the place feels like coming home. Staff is always very friendly and facilities like wifi have really improved in the last few years. Good prices too.

Recently Poa has made some good improvements, especially in the restaurant. I visited other restaurants in Eldoret but the quality of the food is excellent. Poa deserves to have more visitors because it’s a perfect place to stay. The cottages are good and stylish, the staff is friendly and the whole place is nice and quiet

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the complimentary breakfast is not good or not the restaurant. There are plenty other places to eat. Would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Eldoret.

The hotel is lovely as a family resort, although I have never stayed at a cottage. The place is safe. Excellent food. Excellent taste. All choices are reasonably priced and reasonable. Excellent playground for children. However some need to be repaired. Staff is pleasant.

We enjoy chip and chicken wings. My boys enjoy swimming and their service was excellent. Nice place. We have been there many times.

My stay here was wonderful, the room was outstanding, with a lovely, comfy bed, and the staff was pleasant. I was traveling in this place, and I really enjoyed it. I liked that you had your own space. To avoid burning yourself, the shower may require some training. The breakfast was satisfactory for the location and quality of the hotel. The space is peaceful, safe, and I would return to Elmore.

We spent the weekend at the poolside. Apart from two critical factors, the pool was not as clean and tidy as others I've visited and there were no continuous tiles used on the edge of the pool than the slick existing ones. The food, the playground, the service, the atmosphere, the rooms, etc. were wonderful.

The place itself is really nice, and breakfast at the Rock Bay restaurant is really great. Having a place for the kids to play was awesome, and not having to leave the hotel for activities for everyone was really great. My biggest problem was really with how terrible the other meals were that we had while there. Lunch and dinner were truly awful, and room service took two hours to arrive.

Poa place is an amazing place to stay ,i had to stay several weeks and i really enjoyed it ,very spacious bungalows with a beautiful private garden..All staff also very nice! Should improve the breakfast and heating inside rhe bungalow. Definitely will go back

The place is quiet and serene. We checked in but our room was not ready so they gave us a place to wait. The place is well designed and it's close to town and not far from the airport. The food is absolutely sumptuous. The only improvements they could make are the shower that doesn't give enough hot water and the mattress is a bit firm.
