Area di seberang Asia City relatif bising. Kekurangan ruangan adalah bentuknya yang tidak beraturan. Namun, kamar mandinya besar, jadi saya check-in terlebih dahulu dan wanita itu membantu saya menyalakan AC terlebih dahulu. Harganya masih sangat tinggi dibandingkan dengan kinerjanya.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini, karena AC nya menyala. Mereka menghubungi saya terlebih dahulu bahkan untuk check-in terlambat dan sangat baik. Tempat tidurnya nyaman dan fasilitasnya bersih. Dan lokasinya bagus karena sekitar 15 menit jalan kaki ke Pasar Gaya. Saya memiliki istirahat yang baik sebelum berangkat. Terima kasih.

Saya telah tinggal di sini tiga kali dalam tiga minggu dan akan kembali kapan pun saya mau. Sangat bersih dan terawat, beberapa menit berjalan kaki ke tepi perairan melalui Passerele. Kontak dilakukan secara eksklusif melalui WhatsApp, pertanyaan dan permintaan akan dijawab dan dipenuhi dengan cepat.

We had a wonderful stay in kk thanks to the helpful staff at ac residence. Comfortable bed, clean and wellequipped room. It was absolutely perfect for us! We had a rental car and had a great parking spot, which was included in the price. The location is good. We were able to walk everywhere. Great place and highly recommend! Thank you again to the wonderfully hospitable and responsive staff!.

What a charming little place! To be honest, this hotel is among the greatest ive ever stayed at. We returned three times because we were so impressed with it! If you need anything, the owners are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It was really touching that you could ask them any questions and they would respond right away. Everything appears fresh and the hotel is immaculate. The restrooms and showers have a really contemporary appearance. If youre fortunate, you might be on the street, where they watch a movie outdoors every night, but dont worry, that will end before you go to sleep.

We stayed at ac residence for one night. We were very happy with the room and the straight forward and very responsive communication. The residence is conveniently located so that you can walk to the local market and night market. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. We had some requests, which were also very quickly attended to.

If you want topnotch service, this is the place to stay. Its really wellorganized, someone will help you via whatsapp with your questions, and there is another ontheground staff who is physically there to help you out if needed. I stayed in their previous residence and i raved about how much i liked it. The room is smaller this time, but the amenities they provided hairdryer, masks, sanitizer, power bank, cables, kettle, toothbrush, soap, ironing board were all there. It felt comfortable staying here. This residence is very close to Watson and guardian and restaurants, so you wont have trouble getting food and around. There is also a local fried chicken chain. What is a little annoying is that grab drivers seem to always assume the location is another side, but it is a small problem.

Kamar sangat bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik, dan pemiliknya juga sangat antusias. Dia menyalakan AC terlebih dahulu dan memperhatikan pengalaman akomodasi, dll. Secara keseluruhan sangat tenang!

Kamar awalnya berbau desinfektan yang menyengat. Setelah ada reaksi, kami langsung membantu untuk mengganti kamar. Sikap pelayanan baik, tapi AC agak kotor dan saya sarankan untuk dibersihkan. Kota Asia di lantai bawah adalah pasar malam tempat penduduk setempat pergi dan harganya relatif murah.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, ada pasar malam dan restoran makanan laut di dekatnya. Kekurangannya adalah tidak ada lift. Untuk koleksi, kami hanya memberikan 2 buah berukuran besar. Ada banyak hal aneh di dalamnya. Saya tidak bisa mengatakan itu higienis.

What a stunning hotel room. From the outside, it looks like a cheap motel or rest room, but once inside, the atmosphere is completely different, suddenly you feel like you are entering a 5 star hotel. The rate is just at par with other budget hotels, but this hotel really went above and beyond to make your stay experience feel so worthwhile. Thats my overall opinion, but as always there are pros and cons in every situation, this hotel definitely comes to my top list if you are a solo traveler or a couple, but if you have trouble climbing stairs, you have to look elsewhere because they dont have an elevator. The room number 12 where i stay has a separate bathroom and shower room, but the problem is the shower room door was transparent glass without any blur or frost tinted, not a problem as i am traveling alone this time, but if you travel with children or a friend, it can be inconvenient or impossible for me to take a shower with that transparent door, lol. Anyway, many thanks to the owner/manager and their team for their efforts to make guess stay memorable.

Harganya sepadan dengan yang didapatkan. Namun, perlu diingat bahwa akses menuju hotel agak sulit ditemukan, jadi dapat mencari petunjuk arahnya. Namun, stafnya sangat ramah dan bahkan menjemput kami larut malam. Mohon untuk membawa air minum yang banyak setelah check-in.
