Kamarnya bersih, RM 160 untuk satu tempat tidur queen dengan sarapan. Layanan dari resepsionis dan staf fnb memuaskan. Hanya ada bau tidak sedap ketika exhaust fan toilet dihidupkan. Tidak banyak orang yang check-in di hari kerja, jadi sarapan tidak prasmanan. Sebaliknya kami diberi pilihan sarapan barat atau mi goreng. Portion memuaskan. Yang terbaik adalah lokasi hotel yang sangat dekat dengan Pantai Purnama. 50 Meter berjalan di belakang hotel, Anda sudah sampai ke pantai.

Sudah dua kali menginap di sini. Pertama kali menginap di sini, semuanya sempurna. Kali kedua, lokasi memang bagus, suasananya bagus, kolamnya luas, makanannya enak, namun toiletnya berlumut, sepertinya tidak dibersihkan langsung. Saya dapat kamar di lantai bawah, berisik saat tidak bisa tidur, ada anak-anak berlarian dan berteriak. Tidak ada privasi.

Awalnya dengan konsep redah sangka jmp Resort yang menarik seperti akar Resor ini, Layanan Front desk sangat baik dalam menghadapi setiap masalah kami bahkan jika Anda gila pada sesuatu dan mencari tahu apa saja tentang hal itu tapi tetap mengajak untuk melihat kamar sebagus mungkin bagi saya pribadi dapat memuaskan hati anda meskipun tidak ada sarapan hari biasa melainkan buffet tetapi cukup banyak pilihan menunya namun memadai sekali sehingga anak -anak senang menginap disini karena kolam renang bagus juga bisa dipakai bersama keluarga ataupun sendiri nanti
