Sangat bersih dan nyaman. Pelayanannya sangat ramah (yg jaga volunteer bernama Ms. Juju). Cocok buat yg berlibur beberapa hari tapi ga mau bawa banyak baju krn disediakan washing machine u/cuci baju.

It's got a strategic location, near food stalls and a bit out of the crowd. However, I wasn't informed that I could rent out some things (e.g. Malaysia plugs, towel).

Lokasinya strategis sekali, tidak susah mencari makan disini, ada restoran dan minimarket 24 jam disekitaran hotel. Resepsionisnya juga ramah dan sangat membantu. Nice

Ketika kami check in pada pukul 3 PM, diinfokan bahwa kamar kami habis. Sehingga kamar kami akan diupgrade dengan penambahan RM100 untuk 2 malam. Ketika disampaikan bahwa reservasi yang kami bayarkan adalah untuk 4 malam, petugas yang menerima kami terkejut dan akhirnya kami diberikan kamar tanpa penambahan. Namun kamarnya berbeda jauh sekali dengan gambaran yang ada di aplikasi Tiket.com. Kami tidak akan merekomendasikan kepada siapapun untuk memilih akomodasi ini.
