The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and very wellequipped. I highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and took care of everything we asked for. Check in was very smooth and easy. Breakfast is served at alacarte rather than buffet which is great.

Our time at banyan tree residence was simply wonderful. The staffs friendly greeting, elegant interiors, and impeccable service made for an unforgettable experience. With luxurious amenities and an ideal location, it is the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended! However, there is no breakfast buffet. However, there are many breakfast options at pavillion mall. The best part is that they have a connecting bridge to pavillion mall, which is just amazing.

I wanted to see if i would stay here so raff and i gave him a tour for 45 minutes. Best customer service and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book again. Be careful when booking, you wont accidentally book one of the apartments as the hotel is where you want to be.

I have stayed in a few hotels in kl, but i can assure you that banyan is the best among the others. Its serene and opulent. I booked this staycation to celebrate my mothers advanced birthday, and she absolutely adored the room and the view. Service was excellent, from the front desk to those who served us breakfast. Even the doorman was so graceful and friendly. Everyone was amazing and welcoming, it feels like home. They set up something small in the room for my mothers birthday, and the brownie cake was so delicious. They even set up some aromatherapy in the room. I believe you are well taken care of here. Even though i live in singapore, im already planning my next staycation here. Thank you from the service staff at banyan from the bottom of my heart. I had an amazing 2 nights here and will always rave about this hotel. Nothing compares to banyan!.

Satu-satunya hal yang ingin saya ubah adalah kebijakan hadiah yang mereka miliki. Teman memberi kami malam hotel dan meskipun nama kami muncul di reservasi dan saya berbicara dengan nomor ponsel yang muncul di reservasi dan ID-nya dan reservasi dibayar, tampaknya tidak cukup. Mereka membutuhkan waktu 2 jam untuk menyelesaikan kecelakaan ini, semua karena mereka tidak memiliki kebijakan yang dikembangkan dengan baik ketika seseorang memberi Anda malam di hotel ini. Servis bagus namun bukan yang terbaik. Kolam renang tidak luas tapi air di dalam kolam rasanya yang terbersih dan terjernih yang pernah saya selami. Coba pilih tipe kamar sky suite ke atas. Untuk sky suite pilih yang tipe B, karena bathtubenya mengarah ke kaca gedung. Saya beruntung dapat di ujung, 5616,hook. Kamar dikelilingi kaca gedung. Pemandangannya memukau terutama malam, bisa juga menikmati sunset Dari ruang tamu.
