In contrast to our previous stay, which was comfortable, had friendly staff, and had delicious food, this hotel may be severely impacted by the covid19 pandemic. There isnt much remaining, it is quite mediocre. The only positive aspects are its price and its proximity to langkawi airport. I hope this hotel management will take appropriate action in the future.

This hotel was perfect for my stay.. I have a boat close by on the small resort island of Rebak.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet hotel away from the town centre.. The hotel is inexpensive and great value.. With the savings, you could rent a car for your entire vacation whick gives you unlimited access to the whole hotel.. The staff could not be more helpful and efficient. Even though it may not be the Westin Excelsior on Via Veneto, the rooms are large, comfortable and clean.. Breakfast is substancial wirh cereal, toast, fried eggs to your choice, rice, various curries (changing daily) etc... Better than a continental breakfast. Have already recommended tjis hotel, the Bella Vista, to the yachting community..Thank you to the super staff and management.. they went the extra mile.. I appreciated it..even the beautiful icecream delivered to me with a note of thanks..

We apologise for our initial negative feedback, and I’d just like to thank the staff for their incredible kind gestures the last few days. We acknowledge that the issues with the Tv channels, as well as the noise, is not the staffs fault in any way and they tried so hard to make it up to us that we even extended here with them. 空港から近くて、夜遅い時には便利。ただ食事するところが一か所だけで、とても近くて安くておいしかったが、ビールはなかった。。。。サービスは値段からしたら良い方で、古いが綺麗にされているホテルだと思う。レンタカーがあれば、また泊まってもいかな。毎日夕日が綺麗なビーチで、地元の人と屋台で食事を続けてもいいと思った。

This hotel is too pricey for what they offer. The biggest flaw is that there is only 10 tv channels and only 2 of them have a good quality channel. If you want lunch or dinner, you have to pay 25 ringgit per person. Its not money, but it is not justified giving 25 ringgit per person for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is good. Its the best they offer for your money. They also charge 2.5 ringgit for a 200 ml bottle. The good thing about this place is that it is a 10 minute drive to the airport and has a nice sea view balcony.

Kamarnya luas dan stafnya ramah, tetapi fasilitasnya sudah tua dan harganya murah. Meskipun reservasi online harus membayar pajak turis tersendiri. Saya melakukan reservasi di luar musim panas dengan harga sekitar $55 per 2 malam tanpa sarapan. Secara khusus, Anda tidak boleh menyewa skuter yang diperkenalkan oleh hotel. Jika Anda menyewa skuter yang sangat tua dan terutama yang sedikit rusak, mereka akan meminta uang dengan alasan tersebut. Pros - You can get one of the best hotel rates in langkawi. The room was spacious. I could open my luggage and still have more space to move around. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The balcony faced the pool. I cant complain about the view. The location is close to the airport and only 3 minutes drive to laksa ikan sekoq. The hotel staff were all very friendly and responsive. Cons - Its an old hotel. The elevator didnt work. Luckily, my room is just one floor up. The toilet may need renovation. The swimming pool is nicely located around large trees. However, the leaves fall into the pool. So no one swam there during my 3 night stay. Location, a bit far from pandemic chenang and pekan kuah. So i had to rent a car for the whole trip. Also, there is no cafe for breakfast or anything. There is only a convenience store and a Costa coffee machine available in the lobby. Overall, i was very satisfied and would recommend this hotel if you plan a full day outing in langkawi. Not recommended if you are looking for a resortstyle vacation.

This place is recommended if you want to cut costs on lodging. The lobby appears straightforward, and turning off the air conditioner in the lobby actually saves money. It is more suitable for a lowcost hotel than a highend hotel. Given the low price point, it is quite worthwhile because the room is quite comfortable and equipped with daily necessities. However, you can request an additional towel and blanket for free.
