The personnel was very friendly. The room has lots of power outlets to charge your phone, iPads, etc. There is a rooftop area where you can sit and watch the stars. There is also a swimming pool and a bathtub on the rooftop.

A golf weekend trip with friends was paid for. Clean rooms with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. In addition, the location is close to many local restaurants that will satisfy your taste buds. Highly recommended.

If you want to travel to Thailand, I would recommend staying here. We had originally planned to stay here for three nights but ended up moving it to five because we wanted to spend more time in Langkawi. The staff is very pleasant and very helpful in planning our way to Thailand. It's a 15-minute walk down to Pant chiang, but this didn't affect us as we enjoyed the walk there back. It's great value for money and the rooms, even though smaller, are clean and well-maintained.

We stayed a few nights here and it was good. We really liked the dining area on the roof, which was the ideal place for breakfast. Not very near the city, but you can see the distance when you book. But maybe you would also like more free water for guests.

It was so comfortable. The AC works great, everything is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a shower bathroom, which means there is a shower right next to the toilet, but it didn't bother us. Its about a 15 minute walk from Pant Chiang, but the hotel rents scooters from rm 35.

Following the Tourism Tax Act 2017, all foreign tourists staying at any accommodation in Malaysia are subject to a tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night. Other city tax or heritage fees might apply according to the local government’s regulation.

Effective January 1, 2025, the Municipal Council of Langkawi will impose a Heritage Fee of MYR 1-10 per room per night. This tax applies to all 0 to 5-star hotels and must be paid upon check-in. During special events, such as the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition, Le Tour de Langkawi, Ironman Langkawi, and Oceanman Langkawi, the Heritage Fee will increase to MYR 2-20 per room per night.

Effective September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.

[Now - 31 December 2024] Following the Municipal Council of Langkawi regulations, the room rate per night will be subject to a heritage fee of 1 MYR for 1 and 2-star hotels, 3 MYR for 3 and 4-star hotels, and 5 MYR for 5-star hotels and will be paid upon check-in.
