Suite kamar gelap, pengab, banyak kecoa, tidak ada ricecooker, pan. Cukup sekali nginap disini. Komplain minta pindah unit tidak dibantu sama sekali, sampai harus pesan kamar di apatermen lain. Sia2 bayar 3 malam, pajak dan service hitungan permalam juga tidak dikembalikan. Percuma check in lebih cepat bayar 30RM tapi kamar jelek sekali. Hidupkan kompor buat masak tidak ada cooker hood semua ruangan berasap. TV jelek dan saluran terbatas/tidak smart tv Sewa kursi roda juga di marlene rusak2, uang tidak dikembalikan. Lagi tidur kecoa lewat2 dibadan. Parah.. sudah dijelaskan nginap untuk recovery post op, pasien butuh kenyamanan dan ventilasi bagus juga tidak digubrish pihak hotel.
