We’ve had the most amazing time at the resort, as soon as we arrived we instantly felt a calm and kindness from the staff. Our room was super nice,the rooms are large and also very big bathrooms and the view was absolutely stunning. Food has been delicious, good wine lists with reasonable prices for being a high end resort in Asia. What really makes this hotel special though is the staff, we haven’t met a single person that doesn’t smile at you and they truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect.

Excellent facilities and staff as you would expect from the brand name, a five star experience. The only issue is the beach which with trash and jellyfish was unusable, nice to look at.

The property is great, the only concern was the waste coming from the sea and polluting part of the beach, covered in some point by garbage and plastic. It was a shame since the rest is truly beautiful and well maintained.

Super endroit, très calme avec accès direct a une des plus belles plages de Langkawi. 2 piscines dont une pour les familles qui est tres belle et tres grande en plusieurs bassins. Le Kids club est très bien, et les enfants sy sentent bien et en securite. Les restaurants sont bons mais plutot dans les ambiances Inde/Malaisie, je recommande le malaisien avec les grillades de la mer directement des pêcheurs. Le petit dejeuner est bien fourni et dans les standards de la marque. Les chambres tres spacieuses et celles en 1er etage donnent de belles terrasses agreables. Surement le meilleur hotel de luxe pour une ambiance plage avec un peu de jungle, singes et varengs. Dans le negatif, je dirais que la gestion des excursions ou activites pourrait etre a améliorer, pas vraiment de conseils ou recommandations. Les deux restaurants sont assez proches en type de cuisine, du moins pour des européens, jai trouvé de meilleures offres globales dans d'autres four seasons.

We enjoyed our time on the mangrove tour at the resort, and it was fantastic. Amy was an outstanding and knowledgeable guide. He was essentially a living encyclopedia of malaysia and south eastasia wildlife, environmental science, and geology. We thoroughly enjoyed the informative and enjoyable packed tour session thanks to Amy. Excellent job, buddy. In his field of expertise, he should obtain a doctorate. What a professional.

I had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful resort. The resort was well maintained and the walls and amenities were recently renovated because the place looked very fresh. There were no guests around and it was quiet and peaceful. I was assigned a room in the adult quiet pool section, across from the family pool, which i appreciate. The resort offers a variety of activities to keep you entertained throughout your stay, without leaving the grounds. There were free daily activities, equipment rental, and bicycle rental for your commute around the resort. The pools and beach are clean, i can hardly find any trash anywhere at this resort! This resort is quite exclusive, so there are not many things nearby. You can easily grab to other popular areas of the island for as little as 15-30 rm per trip. Every touch point was seamless, and every single staff i encountered was friendly and polite. I love that the staff remembered your name and came personally to greet you when you ate at the restaurants or just crossed paths with them at the resort. I would like to thank the staff for their exceptional hospitality. Ali was very friendly and helpful from checkin, and he showed me around the resort and showed me to my room. He was on duty and ready to pick me up from the restaurant to my room while i waited for it to be ready. It was a sweet gesture and initiative. Farah from the concierge was so kind as to offer me a little childrens gift bag with a really cute monkey plush toy as a souvenir for the little one back home. I cant be more grateful for this act of generosity! I had a little interaction with amy from the geo discovery centre and he explained almost everything about langkawi and its amazing geological, ecological, archaeological background and all the different species of animals here. I was glad to see a couple of hornbills, squirrels, lizards, and a larger rackettailed drongo when i went back to my room.

We had one of the best family vacations and will definitely be back! 7star paradise! From the moment we arrived at the four seasons in langkawi, it was a truly amazing experience, nothing less than 7 stars! Accommodation resort is paradise! Beautiful beachfront lodging. Our villa is spacious and welldesigned, with breathtaking panoramic ocean views and numerous gardens and water features providing privacy and a peaceful sanctuary. The villa has all the necessary amenities and technology. The cleanliness of the villa, the plunge pool, the surrounding gardens, and the beach have been impeccable. Restaurants and service No 7 star resort is complete without 7 star service! The service is exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were greeted and welcomed with a warm welcome from checkin staff, general manager, ivan gios, the food and beverage manager, and the manager of guest relations, mo and samanda guest relations. All the staff are professional, polite, and very accommodating, and they always address us by name. They all simply cannot do enough! Thank you to the food and beverage manager, mo, and his team derrick, vikrant Nina alok, and chef balwant for making sure we had delicious and varied vegetarian meals every evening, including a private dinner in our villa. This resort should be used as a model of 7 star resorts to the rest of the world! It was 12 out of 10. It doesnt get better. We had one of the best family holidays and will definitely be back!.

I visited in march 2023. Sunny travel group if youre looking for a quiet and relaxing resort to stay at, i think this would be it. Need a break from the kids without feeling insecure? This is the place! You can also have your own ootds around the resort and relax at the kids free pool. I am traveling with my two children, 6 years old and 4 years old. Booked from the official website and im glad we did because they were ready to welcome our kids too. Need some alone time from the kids? Send them to the kids club! I enjoyed my breakfast so much. For dinner at ikanikan, you should try the fish there chef kiss but the portion is not that big for the price. One night there, the chef made beef satay for my picky eater daughter and i was happy she liked it! Idk if the chef remembers it but forgot to mention that during our stay, children 6 and below eat free! If you need to use the iron board, make sure to use the plug that they showed you on the first room tour! I almost burnt the villa when i hooked up the socket which couldnt bear high voltage. Lol. Overall, i really want to visit again soon. Most importantly after my newborn learns how to eat and sit? Hehe. I really love this place! Thank you so much to fs lgk team for making my stay memorable!.

Guests who book Advance Purchase and Seasonal Special offers will be offered a special discount on accommodation with breakfast and two-way airport transfers included.
