Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis, dekat dengan Penang Sentral dan harganya terjangkau. Ada juga banyak restoran lezat di sekitar hotel. Hotel ini bersih tetapi memiliki fasilitas dasar.

Kamarnya sangat kecil. Kamar mandinya sangat kecil dan harus berdiri di samping toilet untuk mandi. Saya bahkan tidak bisa berbalik di kamar mandi. Toiletnya bau dan tidak bersih. Saya pasti tidak akan datang lagi lain kali.

Kamarnya cukup bersih dan staf asing sangat sopan. Satu-satunya downside adalah tidak ada tempat parkir, jadi saya kurangi satu bintang. Teman-teman yang bepergian dengan mobil harus memperhatikan hal ini.
