Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang menyenangkan bisa menginap di Gaia. Saya akan kembali lagi dalam waktu dekat dengan keluarga saya. Saya menginap di sini karena ada acara kantor. Ruang rapatnya sangat nyaman dengan pemandangan yang menyegarkan mata. Terima kasih kepada Mas Adit, tuan rumah yang membantu saya selama pertemuan. Dia cepat tanggap terhadap semua kebutuhan kami. Kamarnya luas dan ada minibar. Untuk makanan, menu buffetnya beragam dan rasanya enak-enak. Saat sarapan, Mas Nanto berinisiatif menawari saya jus karena saya tidak minum teh atau kopi. Untuk menu makan siangnya kurang cocok di saya. Beberapa menu terlalu asin dan kami sampaikan langsung ke staf yang bertugas. Ketika berjalan di pagi hari di pemberhentian terakhir, saya disambut dengan Mas Eski, security yang bertugas dan ditawari untuk difoto. Dan hasil fotonya bagus karena masnya tahu spot bagus dan cara mengambil gambarnya. Saran untuk manajemen, tim resepsionis perlu ditingkatkan. Bagaimana menyapa tamu, gestur yang sopan dan ramah, serta agar lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan tamu. Karena kebetulan yang berhadapan dengan saya kemarin terkesan cuek.

Hotelnya bagus, kamarnya bagus, makanannya enak, hanya saja saya sempat mengantri untuk check-in, tapi untungnya pelayanannya cepat jadi tidak terlalu lama, pelayanannya juga sangat baik, salah satunya mba Ella yang sangat informatif.

Secara keseluruhan, 10 dari hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan! Mari kita bahas satu per satu ya. Arsitektur hotel dan lobinya adalah yang terbaik. Pelayanannya juga sangat baik. Semuanya dalam satu set. Kamarnya kebetulan saya tipe kamar The Club. Ada lift pribadi, check-in juga lebih cepat dan ada loungenya sendiri. Jadi tidak perlu antri atau penuh saat sarapan. Kamarnya juga bagus. Lumayan luas. Makanannya juga enak banget! Selama 3 hari saya menjelajahi semua restoran di hotel ini, semuanya enak! Gymnya pasti bagus dan cukup lengkap untuk alat-alatnya. Saya tipe manusia yang selalu gym di hotel meskipun sedang liburan, jadi tidak mau fasilitas gymnya sia-sia. Oh iya, kemarin saya memilih yang aromatherapy massage dan terapisnya bernama mba Dewi, itu enak banget! Terima kasih ya mba Dewi! Secara keseluruhan, 10 rating hotel ini! Terima kasih The Gaia!

Clean and spacious enough. Its nearby to all amenities. Do note that its not suitable for travellers who drives as its not easy to get a parking space as its a business area. Walking distance to all tourist spots and easy to get Grab for longer journeys. I

This is a clean, comfortable property in an excellent location to the jetty. It has good amenities, with a nice shower. The property was a little worn and a refrigerator would have been really nice. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. We would stay here again.

Clean, close, gaya street, however it will be noisy till 11pm as songs just right the corner. If u are ok with the sounds till 11, then it is great location

Friendly and helpful staff. Room in excellent condition, clean, functional, no unnecessary clutter. Perfect for one or two travelers. The only downside: an extremely loud concert on Saturday evening. I was tired from climbing Mt. Kinabalu and badly needed a rest. The location was otherwise very convenient, with a market taking place on Sunday morning.
