Pengalaman yang menyeronokkan. Lokasi berdekatan dengan airport so tak perlu tergesa2. Juga berdekatan dengan pasar filipina which is good for shopping. Pasar malam pun ada di sini. Akses dobi dan kedai serbaneka yang baik.

This is a cheap budget hotel located in kota Kinabalu City centre. It is located close to the gay street, riverfront, Filipino market, and pasar madam. This place is very clean and presentable. Besides that, this hotel provides excellent local and easy access to the local points of interest.

Since I had intended to fly to Kundasang in the morning due to my late-night travel, I decided to pick a budget hotel close to the airport. For that reason, this hotel is fantastic and among the most affordable I have ever found in the Kota Kinabalu neighborhood. I had to haul all my bags to the third story because there was no lift. On the first story, there is an ironing and water dispenser. The front desk agent stated that parking is free at night and after 8 a. M. You must post parking coupons that are available around the corner from the eleventh in the middle of it. Just across the motel is the payment. The room was tidy, roomy, and fitted with essentials. Ideal for those who simply need a place to rest for the night without anything else. There is wifi, but it is very slow and weak, so I ended up using my personal mobile data. Maybe they could improve upon it.

We stayed for 3 nights, after day 1's thunderstorm, we returned to find our window had leaked and the floor had become a pool. We also noticed that the walls were leaking in places, and the bathroom had a lot of damp and mold. The place smelled quite enjoyable, particularly the pillows. Wifi was so weak we could only get it in one area of the room, not on the bed, and even then it's only adequate to send and receive messages, forget checking the internet. Additionally, there are no staff in the building. You must go three doors down to the sister hotel to check in and out. And for good measure, if you're at the back of the building, there is a building site to wake you up at a high altitude, and at the front there is a staircase for domestic employees, which was constantly loud. On the plus side, the staff was very polite and quickly found us a new room. Air conditioning, towels, and soap were all provided, and the entire place was clean.

Our room was on Level 4. There is no lift, so we had to go 4 storeys high. The room did not have windows. The blanket was thin, almost transparent. It was okay for the night stay. But for that kind of price, I'd rather pay more for a much more comfortable space.

We visited five or six hotels before selecting this one. The room is bigger than other rooms for the same price and the bathroom is excellent. There are two buildings and only one has an elevator. We were in that one. I can't say anything about the other building we visited twice and we will be back if back in fine. Finally, the front desk personnel are very nice.
