One of the receptionis staff is not friendly to guest when the guest ask something,her face when i ask something looks bad☹️ no smile😊 and busy i don't know what she do, so i think she is not suitable to working as a receptionis #FatGirlHijab

untuk hotel, stafnya ramah dan baik, kamarnya luas sangat dan bersih. makanannya banyak pilihan dan enak. kamar mandinya lengkap peralatannya termasuk ada hairdryer. hotelnya pun menyediakan air gratis isi ulang. lokasinya pas untuk kemana-mana. dekat dengan berjaya times square tinggal jalan kaki. mudah dijangkau kemanapun.

Pada saat booking saya request kasur yang Double, tapi pada saat cekin kosong jadi saya dapat kasur yang single.
Kemudian untuk menu makanan saat breakfast, variasi nya sedikit sekali.
Untuk menu utama okelah berubah ubah, side dish, buah dan lain-lain nya sama semua.

KAMAR JOROK, GELAP, BYK KECOAK2 KECIL, RESEPSIONIS TIDAK RAMAH, MAU CHECK IN AJA LAMA, MAKANAN GA ADA RASA GA ADA VARIAN. AIR PANAS TDK BERFUNGSI DGN BAIK. sperti hotel gak terawat. SERVICE DAN FASILITAS YG DIDAPAT GAK SEBANDING SAMA HARGA KAMARNYA.
