I highly recommend this place! The kloe hotel was a true gem! I stayed here for a weekend getaway for my birthday celebration in the heart of the city, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect. The hotel was located on a quiet side street, just steps away from the bustling main square. The kloe hotel was close to all the top attractions such as the bukit bintang area, the pavilion, restaurants, and shops, but the location itself felt peaceful and serene. I love the monroe cafe. The food was so delicious and delicious. My room was comfortable and stylish. It wasnt overly spacious, but it felt perfectly comfortable and wellappointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious linens, and the bathroom was spotless with highquality toiletries.

The lobby is stylish and inviting, perfect for working or relaxing, and the on-site café offers a great coffee and food. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms are cool and well-designed, providing a comfortable retreat. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the bustling shopping area and vibrant nightlife of Bukit Bintang. We would gladly stay here again the next time we visit kl. Excellent hotel with a lovely restaurant and pool. The rooms are quite large and immaculate. My wife and i enjoyed the industrial feel of the cement walls, wood, and tile. The personnel went above and beyond to assist us, and we would gladly stay here again.

The hotel’s design is stunning, with its modern and artistic aesthetic that feels both chic and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Check in was quick and easy. All staff were super friendly, which added to the vibe of the hotel. Couldn’t fault our room in any way, it had everything we needed, and a few treats! Breakfast was delicious, especially the ‘lucky granola’, which I am going to miss! We didn’t use the pool, but it was nice to have the option if we’d wanted to. Location is great, we walked to most places, but it is a short walk away from train/monorail stations. Lots of shopping malls/restaurants nearby!

This hotel is in a convenient location near the city center, just a 10minute walk to pavilion. The lobby is cozy. You can watch youtube and have access to a smart tv in the room. Its surprising that there is an aesop bathing essentials provided. The service is excellent. There is still a technician on duty when our lamp went out of commission at midnight. It is more than a threestar rating.

The location is strategic, strategically located in the center of kl city, easy access to the mall pavilion and times square. Public transport is easy to get from the hotel to the place you want to go in the kl area, about 5 minutes - 10 minutes. The service is good and the place is private and relaxing to stay and relax.

The room was clean, the ventilation was good, the bed and pillows were great. The snacks, coffee maker, filtered water in glass jars and quality toiletries provided in the room were appreciated. The pool is small, comfortable and sheltered from direct sunlight, perfect for swimming at any time without getting sunburned. Friendly and kind service throughout, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping, a good set up for a homely atmosphere. The food at the mrs. Monroe is also good, love the torch ginger mocktail. Lucky cafe has good coffee, but the matcha was too clumpy for the two times i ordered it. I appreciate the many free drinks vouchers given throughout my stay. With all of that, i have to say that it is difficult to walk to nearby malls due to the construction and lack of safe pedestrian walkways. Driving or grab is also not a good choice considering the traffic congestion.

The room was neat and clean, perfect for a couple stay. I love that the hotel provides free snacks in the mini bar to promote local snacks. If you are lazy to go downstairs for breakfast, try calling and asking them to send to your room directly. Hard to call grab or any taxi here when planning to go petaling street, instead i went to drink at the melondragon diner. The taste was okay only.

This is not an exaggeration. It was one of my best hotel stays ever. The hotel service was fantastic, and the room was lovely. Fariz was especially helpful when we were leaving, helping us get into a taxi as we went.

I absolutely recommend it. Why i love this hotel? Comfortable bed, location (Pavilion mall - Jadi batek. Stylish and friendly staff. The hotel interior was beautifully designed, with a lounge and pool area. Delicious breakfast with eggs and cheese ice latte. Friendly staff, complimentary snack box inspired by childhood. Toiletry products by aesop a bit small but adequate.

Loved the look of the hotel and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Our room was great, only suggestion would be to add hooks to hang towels as there are none. Overall, fabulous stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Our threenight stay at the kloe hotel was wonderful. We stayed in the courtyard room, which was big enough for two adults and our luggage. The amenities offered were unexpectedly high for a threestar hotel, including the aesop toiletries and complimentary snacks. The room also included tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, a hair dryer, and bathrobes. The pool area was very nice, with three cabanas and a few lounges. The hotel is in a pretty good location. Pavilion is a 10minute walk away along jalan bukit bintang, but to get there on foot, you have to cross two major roads, which can be a bit nerveracking. The hotels entrance is via a narrow laneway next to the shell petrol station. All of our grab drivers were able to find the hotel entrance pretty easily. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.
