The room is tidy and wellequipped. The room has a lovely view of a vegetable garden. Its conveniently situated near the ksl mall, making it easy to access the hotel, parking, and mall. However, breakfast is not included in the room rate, so feel free to try it for yourself. The pool is nice, suitable for both adults and children.

Parkiran gratis ada di lantai Semuanya bagus. Anak-anak senang karena bisa main di kolam renang dan klub anak-anak. Di bawah hotel ada mal, bisa makan siang atau makan malam. 7 Eleven juga ada di bawah, 24 jam. McDonald juga ada di sebelah hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. It was relatively new as it has only been open for ten months. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite decent and comfortable. Much better than ksl hotel in jb. Maybe its now new. Hotel combined with a mall so you can easily find food around vinicity. The only downside is that this hotelmall was located in the middle of nowhere. The surrounding are quite remote and undeveloped. But overall, clean and pleasant stay.

I just checked in yesterday for a twonight stay. This hotel is connected to ksl mall, which is largely empty but has a good variety of restaurants. Everything was fine except the pillows we were given were very thin and flat. I wanted to ask for a change of pillows or maybe they could give us additional ones unfortunately, i had trouble connecting to the front office and housekeeping last night. I called many times and they went unanswered. Inroom dining service is no longer available after 10.30 pm. Breakfast was mediocre. I went swimming this morning and when we returned at 1 pm the room was still disorganized. By the way, i write this at 1.30 pm while the housekeeper is still cleaning the room. Multiple calls to the front office and housekeeping were initially ignored. Tried calling via hp was also the same. Imagine coming back to a room with small children cold, wet, and exhausted without clean towels! After more attempts, i was finally able to call the front office who said she would arrange for housekeeping service right away. After 15 minutes passed, no one came. I called the front office and housekeeping and they said someone was on the way. Finally after 20 minutes housekeeping came and when i asked what caused the delay he just smiled and said, clean now. Disgusting service. The manager is obviously sleeping on duty!.

The service provided by mr. Bhuven was exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist us from checkin to checkout. Our stay here was enjoyable! The room was impeccably clean. However, the breakfast and dinner offerings were average.

Bulan Ramadhan di KSL Esplanade Hotel, sangat direkomendasikan di Klang! Suasananya bersih dan nyaman di lantai 1, tempat makannya luas (bisa masuk ke stroller), berbagai jenis makanan, ada sashimi segar! Saya akan mencobanya!
