Been few trips to this hotel. Clean room, nice facilities. However the front desk staff are very poor. I believe there's no proper training on welcome their guess.
1. Talk to me while chewing gum in their mouth.
2. Morning check out u can see their grumpy face
3. Busy chating among themselves even when a hotel guess is infront of them.
4. Cancel my room after phone confirmation due to late arrival. Without noticing me earlier.(this is the worst part,sometimes it's hard to find another hotel as mostly are fully booked)
Telling me it's their hotel policy. nothing they can do.
2 star are just for the room maintenance. For those front desk. I'll choose negative points if there's such selection.
Hope the hotel management could see this msg.
