Pgs wellliked budget hotel offers a comfortable stay in clean rooms with friendly staff. Well away from the industrial estate and close to shops and the econsave supermarket. Breakfast, lunch, dinner are available in the restaurant. Free from the hustle and bustle of jb city and no traffic jams outside schooling rush hour.

The cleanliness of the hotel is very good, although the hotel accommodation is quite rundown. Need to improve the attitude of the staff. Sorry they werent nice and helpful. For the price. Its value for money. They even provide breakfast.

The service matches the cost. The staff is friendly. The facilities are clean, and there is a microwave available for use. Water comes from a dispenser in the corridor. There is no free wifi in my room.

Hotel ini terlihat tua, tetapi sudah direnovasi dengan baik. Kamarnya cukup luas untuk 2 orang. Harganya juga murah. Ada banyak pilihan restoran di belakang hotel dan juga Econsave di belakang hotel. Namun, lift terlalu lambat, naik tangga lagi cepat.

The hotel was excellent. Foods are readily available here, and econsave is located right next to the hotel. The room is roomy and cozy. I stay here for two nights, including breakfast. Excellent. However, there are areas for improvement, such as the sliding doors, or the hallway, which nearly hit my head when i opened it, and the towel that also needed to be changed. I have a tear towel with two holes. Therefore, management should take the time to review what needs improvement (from housekeeping, i believe they knew what was going on in each room. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel to stay at.

Budget hotel is definitely worth the cheap price for value for money. The building and facilities look old and run down, elevator very slowly climbing but all basic necessities are there and still working even the oldstyle hotcold shower pipe. Parking is not an issue, free and plentiful. Outskirt of the city, the surrounding is peaceful and there are many shops and restaurants available nearby by walking.
