The bungalows are built along a wooden porch, all on stilts above the water (you can actually hear and see the water between the planks), overlooking a nice, big wooden terrace on stilts which belongs to the Sea Horse. Rooms are very simple, the bathrooms need some modernizing. Food is simple and more or less the same every day, but ok. We paid appr. 100€ for two persons per day for the little chalet, three meals, and 2 dives per day per person, incl all equipment, and the shuttle from Semporna to Mabul and back. Thus very reasonable.
Staff very friendly, and after 4 days we felt li,e part of a family. Other guets all Malaysian. Good fun. Guitar playing and singing out on the porch in the evening, and you are most welcome to join.
