I stayed at a superior single room without window at level4.When i arrived at the hotel and started to checkin i was asked for deposit RM50 but its okay i understand that is for the towel,key,and maybe for other damages if happen.I was given room no 305 and the room was very clean and smell good.The toilet clean no spider web no leaking pipe or hose.What i like most was the receptionist the pregnant women who always help me when i need something.She was friendly and like to smile.When i ask for slipper and mineral water she told me they dint provide it so she give me a bottle of water thats her mine,how sweet and kind she are.She look different than others receptionist.Satisfied and really happy with her services.KEEP IT UP GIRLS.

I stayed at a single room with shared bathroom for 4 nights unfortunately i booked online. Thats the worst hotel ive ever been. I tried to keep open mind, i know its cheap so i dont mind they have no elevator my room at the highest level which is fifth floor. So of course i dont expect much in terms facilities. But the thing is their services. Its really bad! They dont even try to help me! . Its not like i demand a 5 star services . i only asked for basic things like a simple mirror because the toilet also dont have a mirror. They said they will give, luckily the next day i saw a cleaner cleaning at all the rooms on my floor level n then i saw all the other rooms got a mirrors except mine . its just a simple light plastic mirror anyway its not tht hard to take n give. And all the room thts has a mirror are not vacant , im the only visitor on tht floor besides the cleaner family. The other request , also never get , they promise to send iron to my room. i asked for air condition's remote control, because its set auto to be the coldest mode whenever i open the power supply. They said the remote , need to share with other vacant at the same floor level as mine. someone on my floor level must have used it but never return it back. After what happened last time they still lying telling me couldnt find but i know they dont even come up and ask the tenants. Theres no phone on the room so they need to get to fifth floor and ask the other vacant . Nope i follow up still no solutions they just said they couldnt find. I know they dont even trying to help out. The toilets n room also dirty i can see the children pampers in all toilets , its very smelly. N tht coming from the hotel's cleaner s child they staying in one big happy family in front of my room. Not from other tenant. Because tht room suppose to be for single ppl but they live in there with her child n husband. The room also not secure, can be access easily by the cleaners husband. How do i know? Because last time when check in took time for me to get my room ready, because they lost the spare key. They only have 1 key for my room n they gave me tht room even though they knew they have no spare key. Besides any other room at same level. The next day I testing them by leaving my key inside my room n ask them to help me open. So with no keys, they used random cards to unlock the door. in just a split second the room is unlock by cleaners husband . From that moment i knew i cant put my laptop n expensive item in the room

I already book this hotel via agoda. Yep, when we arrived, the receptionist looks not welcoming us. Back then he gave us a terrible room ever. The room that we book was not same with the picture in agoda. When I checked in at our room, we are very upset and shocked with our room. First, the heater shower was not working. Second, the TV was so terrible. The socket were out of lose and not working. Third, the linen was so dirty. And lastly, the water at sink was not fully flowing. So overall for this room was so DIRTY AND VERY WORST!!! and plus, this hotel didnt provide a water heater for us to make a hot beverages. You guys just make us waste for our money to checking a hotel like this!! This is my first and last checked in this hotel.

Negative: 1. When we arrived, the receptionist was not welcoming us, plus have a long face. He ask about the booking no(Because our boss check in for us) and he didn't said that we need to pay because our boss said that she already pay at agoda website using her debit card. He only said, deposit rm50. So I just give rm50. But he didn't mention need to pay for the room and a little bit argue and rude to us. 2. Arrive at our room.-I can accept no mineral water bottle provide. They only give a single cup and no water heater. -No dustbin. -The comforter too small for us to used. -Tissue not fill up. -The linen a small holes(Bed Cover). -I can see the wire at shower and cover with tapes. -Have lizard in the Shower. -No hanger. And I feeling no safe about the door also. Positive:Cleaness can acceptable.

The location of the hotel is strategically in the city area. Cheap room i booked via hotels.com. but the condition of the room n toilet is not up to my satisfaction. Water leakage from ceiling in the toilet. The flush is not working. But the room come with attached shower, lcd tv and even a kettle. Aircondition is also ok. Worth to stay there if you concern with ur budget for your accomdation
