(This poor review may be due to pandemic service, but its still poor service) A branded name with poor quality service. Upon check-in we were told there will be limited service due to pandemic, and that is acceptable. No F&B and limited housekeeping days. With only 3 days given a week for housekeeping (and we had a 10 day stay), this was already bare minimum. Yet, to my horror, they can't even commit to it and a few days when I'm back after work the room is unkept, rubbish not cleared, no water given, no toiletries replenished and I need to call to restock. Last thing anybody wants after a long day. (we were later told it was upon request only.... i mean 3 days a week of housekeeping and i still need to make a request?? This is not airbnb, this is Hilton!!) Despite that, housekeeping was terrible. The carpets are not vacuumed. With the gym closed and doing some in room exercise, I will get up with foreign hairs and rubber band stuck in my own hair...... it was disgusting I do hope the management look into this, otherwise it may be a better idea to just close totally during this time since you can't live up to even a 2 star hotel service.

I stayed here for a month because I couldn’t go home due to the Movement Control Order (MCO). I must say Hilton is still my all-time favorite hotel brand as it always makes me feel at home, wherever the hotel is. During my stay, I was given a complimentary room upgrade with an amazing KK City view. The sunset canopy served every evening with the chef's creativity never failed to surprise. I would like to shout out to Sara, Dianne, Maslan, Benjamin, Farah, Yeow, Bella and Michael from the front deck and the magic call center for having been very customer-focused. They took great care of my breakfast orders, sunset canopy and drinks and made sure these were served on time. Room-service breakfast was delivered on time to me every morning by Joshua, Leslie, Zilah & Kenneth. Thanks also to Hilton chefs for preparing my special meals - I loved the steamed seabass, which was very delicious! I also appreciate the housekeeping team for keeping my room clean and tidy. The hotel’s cleanliness is top-notch; its CleanStay program really made me feel safe staying here during MCO. Overall, I am extremely pleasant with my stay. I look forward to staying here again. I hope the hotel and its team of great staff will stay strong and stay safe in the fight against the COVID pandemic!

Staying for 4d3n during Raya holiday because cannot go back to hometown due to MCO. Got complimentary upgrade to suite room and it was huge and fantastic! Got some problem during check-in but the staff handled it very profesionally! Sunset cocktail served at Lounge 1st floor due to Executive Lounge still close. I would say that the food was so good! Breakfast was ok, so-so. The menus still the same since my previous stay in March. So after few days, you feel quite boring. Fortunately, the Nasi Lemak Kg Baru was delicious! Check out was smooth. Hence, I would like to say million thanks to Diane, Sara, Alistair, Kaflik, and others Hilton staffs (sorry I forgot all your name) for your hospitality, kindness and making my raya staycation a memorable one! well done! Suggestions: 1. Perhaps can offer variety of food to choose during breakfast or alternate every other day. 2. During sunset cocktail session, maybe the staff can give a short brief on what type of food/canapes that we will get. Because some of the us was allergic to seafood or nuts.
