Considering of what to put for review on this hotel. Poor. This hotel is poor in terms of the service quality given by the receptionist.
The day we checked in, we were given a room. Spacious. Was so excited atm. But not until we trying to put ourselves into sleep. The airconditioner feels like it got some malfunction as it wont cool the air around the room. So we asked for a check up at the receptionist. After a thorough checks, we got a call. The receptionist (its a guy) upgraded our room to a new room and its free upgrade. Maybe they need some time to fix the airconditioner, we dont know. So here we are, so happy to get a new bigger room.
The day after, during checking out, I got a refund for the deposited money. But it was short by a few ringgit. So I was asking nicely to the receptionist, why is it my money returned is not the same as the figure I deposited. And she rudely said, its due to the room upgraded. I got so angry considering that I was given an annoying face by the lady. Despite that I am pissed off by her rudeness, I explained to her that his colleague has upgraded our room due to the malfunction of room fixture, not our problem. She shouldve entertained me nicely at that time. Main point of me talking here is, the hotel have a poor counter service, not to mentioned that the staff is lacking a lot in terms of communication but their communication skills really dissapoint me. This will be my first and last visit to this hotel.
