Very nice hotel, great value for money. Room was super clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Pool area is really nice but the sun does go behind the building late afternoon so best to be there in the morning. Breakfast was a little strange but food was decent. 10 minute walk up to the beach in Langkawi, plenty of food options around also

I had a wonderful time at the bayu hotel. The service and staff were incredible, they were very friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, and they helped me with everything i needed. They helped arrange tours and contacted any restaurants that seemed interested in dinner. As a solo traveler, i found the location to be great, not far from the beach, 15 minutes from the airport, and easy to get a cab. It was sad to leave the hotel as i really enjoyed my time there and on the island. Great interactions with all the staff. Thank you.

The hotel is located off the main strip but still within walking distance so that it was calm and you could enjoy the pool with lush fields behind it in peace and quiet. The furniture and facilities may not be as high as they appear in the pictures, but the overall service from the helpfulness of the staff to the extensive breakfast buffet (staff also accommodated vegetarians), welcome drink and free snacks in the rooms make for a great stay! Thank you to the bayou crew.

Bagian belakang hotel memiliki pemandangan yang luar biasa, meskipun hotelnya dekat dengan kota. Banyak sinar matahari di tepi kolam dan kurangnya tempat berteduh, terutama karena angin terlalu kencang untuk menggunakan payung. Sarapannya enak dan pelayanannya sopan. Bar yang bagus.

Kami tinggal di hotel ini selama 5 hari. Hotel ini memiliki interior modern yang menyatu dengan alam sekitarnya. Check-in cepat dan terorganisir dengan sangat baik, diperlukan RM 100 yang dikembalikan pada saat check-out, minuman selamat datang juga ditawarkan. Kamarnya luas dan bersih, menghadap ke kolam renang. Kolamnya bersih, tenang dan dilayani dengan baik, setiap kursi memiliki handuk bersih. Pada malam hari Anda dapat menginap di tepi kolam atau kursi santai dengan memilih untuk memesan minuman yang disiapkan oleh mereka. Layanan sarapan luar biasa, perpaduan antara Timur dan Barat yang sangat dihargai dan juga lezat, staf tidak pernah melewatkan apa pun. Dari hotel Anda dapat dengan mudah mencapai pusat kota Cenang dengan berjalan kaki yang menyenangkan, tetapi jika Anda tidak ingin berjalan kaki, Anda dapat menemukan restoran dan pasar di sekitar hotel. Saya hanya bisa mengungkapkan kata-kata indah untuk semua staf, selalu ramah dan membantu dan yang terpenting sangat kompeten. The hotel is clean overall, and the location is close to the beaches. The swimming pool is not that deep, and the area is quiet. Amazing service, special thanks to the reception staff, you made my stay a luxurious experience! The room was cleaned every day, we received 2 bottles of water and the room had different snacks (water snacks were free). We also received welcoming drinks (various nonalcohol or alcohol options).

Hotel yang indah dan terorganisasi dengan baik. Kamar-kamarnya besar, cerah, dan dilengkapi dengan perabotan lengkap. Suite ini luar biasa! Kamar mandi modern dengan segala kenyamanan. Semua staf hotel sangat ramah dan pelayanannya baik. Akomodasinya juga sangat bersih. Memang agak merepotkan karena harus berjalan kaki sekitar 15 menit ke Pantai Cenang dan mall, tapi selain itu saya sangat puas.

The hotel is close to pantai cenang, but walking there isnt recommended. There is a good food place right across the street. Had the seafood there and it was affordable and delicious. Breakfast is good. The staff is very polite and friendly. The room is small but well maintained. Soaps are provided but not recommended if you are sensitive.

Super cute for a couple of days. It is a small hotel which has really good breakfast! Big varity and for everyone something! You can rent for 50 rn a day a scooter to drive around! - A must do;) Gym unfortunatly only for running … no weights.. which is a pitty! Since there is no picture of it and i would have loved to train! Instad of running… Good location you can walk into the streetfood or „tourist-street“ with good restaurants:)

The food, facilities, and service were all excellent. Im really happy and pleasantly delighted with the entire experience. There are reviews that have commented about the depth of the pool, although it isnt a lap pool, it was incredibly cool, wellkept, and relaxing. There are no issues with this. Excellent location and value.

This place offers good value for money, is conveniently located near the beach, and boasts a welldecorated public areas that are wellknown for its stylish decor. The proximity of the zhonghualou seafood restaurant, popular with many chinese tourists, offers a unique culinary experience. Its just a short 500meter walk to the aquarium, and theres a convenient dutyfree shop just outside the aquarium.

The location is good and quiet. The view of the forest from the pool is nice. Unfortunately the pool closes at 8 pm. The staff at the front desk are very friendly! However, the bar staff seem to forget my order and i have had to go back several times to ask them. I still go back there.

Im happy that we chose to spend our christmas vacation at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoy the live singing session. The room is clean and comfortable. Will come back again.

Following the Tourism Tax Act 2017, all foreign tourists staying at any accommodation in Malaysia are subject to a tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night. Other city tax or heritage fees might apply according to the local government’s regulation.
