The front desk staff was friendly and kept housekeeping clean throughout our threeday stay. If you want a quieter stay, you can choose to stay ten more days. For those traveling quickly, there is no need to remain here.

I would most certainly return. Six of us stayed in the junior suite. The room is only accessible by stairs and is located on the first floor. Apart from that, the room was spotless, there was a small pool for kids, and the staff was friendly, accommodating, etc.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I liked that the hair dryer had been removed so i could plug it in wherever ive sat, and the rooms are cozy. A decent size fridge was in the room. Although not deep enough to swim in, the swimming pool was fine for cooling off in as a dip. Our towels sufficed, but the sun loungers could have used some cushioning. Its surrounded by enchanting surroundings that youll want to return to. In terms of our own experience, we had left behind fiances wallet. They got in touch with us, who were still on the island, they personally delivered it back to us in person, safely and securely. Payment was not accepted. Couldnt express how grateful they were. Overall, there was excellent service and we enjoyed incredibly good time. This was our first trip to the islands.

For your trip to langkawi, here are the five reasons you should choose royale chenang resort. Affordable price, ideal for couples, friends, groups, and families. Convenient location ( main road, close to the center, not far from beaches, malls, airports etc.) Super professional and friendly staff, helpful staff. Green vibes may not be the biggest resort, but trust me, it cleans and makes you feel like youre on a beautiful island. - A peaceful place to rest after spending the entire day outside or lounging on the beach.

Excellent service from the staff. Excellent location near pantai cenang. The room is immaculate and cozy. I reserved a premier junior suite with pool access. There is semblance of seclusion in the environment. Housekeeping didnt clean up the food that was left in front of the microwave by the prior guest. Very quick response after the call. Will return when i visit langkawi again on the next occasion.

The room is spacious, however, the floor is filthy, sticky, and dimly lit. The air conditioning controller was having issues. Its meant for children, but the pool is too shallow. Although the location is close to the beach, it is far from the town of kuah.

The rooms are spacious and wellkept. I really enjoyed the gardenside view, sitout area, and bathroom with plants. Although it was a little unsettling and scary to hear insects at night, overall, it is incredibly pleasant to stay in.

The staff was kind enough to let us check in early. The room is clean and nice. There are some rooms with private pools and outdoor hangouts which look really nice tbh. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Ive stayed here three times. The first and second times were flawless, with no issues at all. However, the third time probably wasnt my fault, as i had to change rooms four times due to poor luck. We requested to switch rooms because the first one was full of insects and bugs, but we were given a dusty, filthy room at the end that required me to request reserving because ive severe allergies. Once in the 3rd room, everything was fine, however, on the next day, there was no air conditioning, and the door was stuck and impossible to open. I had only to ask for another room because it was our last and perfect room. Although it made for an unpleasant experience, staff members were extremely helpful and provided excellent service.

The hotel is excellent. It has a pleasant atmosphere and spittful receptionist. However, my room was in the back, which made it chilly at night. But overall, it was incredibly enjoyable.

This place is great, i loved it. Very tidy grounds and rooms and walk to panai chenang. Lots of nice restaurants around it and laundries. Lovely, welcoming staff. The shallow pool is fine - perfect for kids and perfect as a place for adults to swim in and cool off.

The room was satisfactory. However, we cant express our dissatisfaction because we only need it for sleeping since the majority of the day is spent outside. There is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The room, location, and staff were all excellent. The staff was attentive and always willing to assist, the place was spotless. However, at 5 a. M., we experienced some strange water coming from squeezing from the toilet ceiling pipe, which abruptly woke us up. It was left quite damp after being left idle for around 15 minutes. I adored the location and would return.

If you are traveling with a family or friends of six, the queen suite is the ideal place to stay. Affordable price and strategic location close to pantai cenang. The best scenery and delicious breakfast. Worth the price.

This hotel has a good location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It needs maintenance because its close to the beach, so things easily get rusty. Service was good. Breakfast was simple but adequate, we enjoyed it i had supper. Staff are friendly. We got t u room with nifty private pool, perfect for small family.
