Dari lokasi enak krn persis di seberang Pavillion mall, juga dekat kemana2 bs ditempuh dengan jalan kaki. Pelayanannya jg oke, kita dtg jm 11.30 dan sdh bs lgsg check in tdk perlu tunggi smpe jam 3. Dan kt menginap pada saat berulangtahun, dan pihak hotel memberikan birthday cake di dalam kamar.

breakfast was terrible. the range of menu was not many and not delicious. front desk service not friendly. service at breakfast also not friendly. the hotel doesn’t understand the word hospitality.

It’s a great hotel with excellent view from our spacious room facing Pavilion on the 27th floor. Everything is clean and although abit dated but doesn’t affect the room much. If you want to do a lot of shopping at Pavilion should book this hotel. Overall very good experience and they even give you their own house blend coffee 👍

Stayed here for a short staycay on Saturday 1 January, 6 years after a previous stay. The facilities looked like they hadn't changed a bit. Everything appeared tired. The stay got off to a poor start. The check in girl gave us wrong information about the executive lounge. Despite me explaining that it was open on Friday and Saturday nights (I'd even called earlier to confirm), she insisted it was closed. Luckily we backed ourselves and went anyway. We had a good time there, with free flow grog and buffet style grub. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite in the residence tower which was nice but showing its age. On the plus side is it's size. It's huge, with a large study nook complete with an extra bed, full kitchen and sweeping views of Pavilion. But sadly the shower hadn't been cleaned properly. The soap and shampoo bottles were open and half used - a major concern in a city in the grip of a pandemic. And there was a soggy wet spot on the carpet the bedroom that seemed to be getting larger as the stay progressed. The gym was as grand as ever. And the pool looked nice, if not a little small. The breakfast was only average. All up, I had a good but not great staycation. An amazing location let down by a less than amazing product.

Honestly, it was lovely not because of the ambience or the facilities but due to the friendliness of the staff. I just remember few names, Alice, Adie and Christina. They makes our journey wonderful. I highly recommend westin KL to any of my friends, families and business partner. Keep it up guys.

GENERAL INFO €I got myself a one night stay on their reopening date during mid December €Great reopening promotion price €Booked through clubMarriott as Platinum member €Got upgraded to One Bedroom Suite at Residence Tower REVIEW €First time in my life it took me 1 hour for check in and 1 hour to get my room key €Some festive decoration, but more on crowd €Concierge helped with luggage €Westin’s bed undoubtedly good €View from room not so exciting as blocked by many buildings €Aging toilet. Good toiletries, and I like the essential oil €Assisted buffet served. Full house but food served not very exciting €Swimming pool available and not much of great view €No free parking for guest

First time staying in Westin KL. Stayed here for the new year celebration, 31/12 - 3/1 for 3 nights. booked Premium Room, High Floor, 1 King, City view. Upon arriving, reasonably long queue waiting for check in. One lady assisting with the manual check in, so this helps. No email from the hotel informed on the "What to Expect"during the stay etc as being practised by Le Meridien KL. As a Titanum member, I was upgraded to One Bedroom Residence at 7th floor facing the Pavilion. Should I be grateful for this upgrade? ROOM Upon entering the room, there was a slight musty smell but it don't bother me that much. The room was spacious but look very tired. All the kitchen appliances were there, a microwave, kettle, sink, table top, cutleries, plate, pan, fridge. When I opened the fridge, I was shocked to found that there were leftover from previous guests. (vitagen). From here, things got more exciting (photos attached). 1) The marble table top and kitchen were not properly cleaned. 2) One spoon missing from the cutleries set 3) Bathroom was not cleaned enough 4) Found string of hair on the toilet seat 5) Found one ring below the sink in the bathroom 6) The bathtub was not cleaned I've decided to call the guest service but nobody pick up. Went outside the room and found housekeeping did some cleaning and ask them to come to the room to take out the leftovers in the fridge. Inform them on the uncleaned parts in the room and they apologized for it. Decided not to be a very difficult guest, so I just bear with it as I've already cleaned the entire room with disinfectant and sanitizer that I brought along. No welcome letter or fruits/cookies in the room unlike other Marriott's hotels I've stayed. BEDROOM The mattress was very comfortable but I don't understand why the duvet was placed in such a way that it touched the floor? BATHROOM There was 2 options. Handheld shower and rain shower. The water pressure for the handheld shower was very strong but not for the rain shower. Please check on this. THE LIVING ROOM Breakfast spread acceptable but after 2 nights, its already a disappointment. The staff were friendly and approachable though. The Indian vegetarian food was very delicious. THE WESTIN CLUB LOUNGE I went there for only one night. Quite packed but surprisingly, the food counter was small and the hot selection was not extensive and very limited. I had my dinner outside. As it was the new year, you can hear the traffic from the road with occasionally honking from motorbikes in the wee hours. Check out on Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. Not a memorable staycation and to start the new year with this horrible experience. Won't be returning to Westin KL. Make the wrong decision by staying here. Should stay at the next door JW Marriott as the rate was about the same.

My overall experience in Westin KL I would say it's above my standard expectations. Will be back this 31st and hopefully the service maintains consistent. Very appreciate Mr Greg & Stefan answered my queries prior my stay. I'm surprise with the check in process mainly due to Mr Conde did a great job on showing a warm welcome attitude. The club lounge staffs are also very good especially Bosco. Got early check in however was assigned a level 6 bedroom residence which is consider low floor for me. A real high floor for my next stay please... There are improvements need to be made soonest. The live chat staffs seem blur, they don't know the latest info, don't pickup call as well. Their replies are robotic, lack of passionate tone. The cleanliness of the room and check in process during peak hour can be better.
