Rizal park and national museums for natural history, anthropology, and fine art are both within walking distance. The location is close to the usembassy and the immigration bureau. Basic room with comfortable bed. There are many affordable bars and restaurants in the area.

This place is highly recommended and will undoubtedly be my first choice when i return to manila. They have unquestionably friendly personnel. Accommodating and ready to assist. The rooms are roomy and spotless. I was given a room on the fifth floor streetside, which is located in secluded areas of the property. Having visited this area numerous times in the past, ive always wanted to stay here. And judging by the level of service, its excellent. For me, location is always based on what he doesnt take for granted. It is close to the church and conveniently close proximity to mustsee attractions in metrophiles. A plus is the proximity of wellknown restaurants!

Ive stayed at this hotel twice. My room is now smaller than it was before. Excellent services, a pleasant scent and clean bed are all present. Good lighting. Apps are available on the smart tv. A nice water system. Soft bed. The room has new conditions. Close to the city or downtown. There is good internet access. It is difficult to move around and store my bags due to narrow alleyways. Large tables for things like latops, gadgets etc. Are provided, but there are no cabinets or storage for clothes or other items you bring or purchase. Before, the window was large and could be used with merely putting on idly sized tables. But not anymore, it still has oozing out. Only one person can use the wash basin because it is small, there is no bathtub, no extra tower, and only one washbasin. No refrigerator, safe vaults in the room, slippers, or safety deposit boxes. This may depend on which type of room we will enter, my room faces the front road. If you dont enjoy zumba early in your morning, avoid staying on top of it because the zuamba sound will wake you up as early as 5

I want to stay there again at a reasonable price. Good price, quiet and nice. Convenience store nearby. Its easy to get there. The staff are friendly. There is tavern right in front, so its nice to have surrounded by park.

This hotel is in a great location because it is close to the us embassy, Rizal park, the st. Luke medical extension clinic, and the 7-11. The room appeared to be reasonably clean. A few channels on the television. Air conditioning works hot shower small restaurant on ground floor Clean water heater for coffee or tea Polite staff. Cons about our particular room Ants, they consistently came after any food we had around. Every morning at around 5 am-7 am, loud zumba music plays, so loud that half of the bathroom was filled with water when we shower. We were unable to sleep because of it! All of my rooms facing the street have loud Zumba songs every morning. On the last day of our stay, we lost all of their hot water. When we called the front desk, someone told us there was maintenance going on, therefore the water heating wasnt working. One week later, though, i finally received ten rolls of toilet paper! Even after he had been sick for ages, this hotel never changed our sheets! After luckily, coronavirus is present, but the hotel hasnt changed its sheets since despite requesting them. They only need to listen to paying customers.

In addition to the previous reviews, the staff is courteous, responsive, and answers any questions you may have, which is very important. You can even leave your winter clothes for the entire duration of your stay in the Philippines so as not to carry around.

We stayed for one night for my parents us visa interview, which was conveniently located within a 10minute walk from the hotel. The value for money was excellent. I want to thank the front desk staff, especially cats, for their exceptional hospitality and constant smiles. Our bed and pillows were comfortable and firm, just as we had hoped for. Im completely agree with the other comments left here regarding the bathroom that needs attention. Shower knobs kept falling off, and the tiles had noticeable cracks and mold. My room overlooked tavern park where many homeless families lived. Another unsettling sight was if i saw stray dogs chained to bushes. When ive approached the owners, who happen to be homeless themselves, asking them to release the puppy, they refused, claiming it was aggressive. However, the dog appeared weak and emaciated, sleeping beside its own waste. We purchased some dog food and gave it to the pup and some to cats in the hopes that it would assist in feeding the pet.
