I have been staying in Brentwood Suites whenever I go for vacation back home in Philippines. Overall, the place and staff are excellent. That is why I keep coming back. There was only one thing I can comment on this recent stay. I went to reception to borrow a pair of scissors that I could use quickly. I was told they never lend out a pair of scissors. That was disappointing.

Very nice hotel, good, fast staff. Location good for transportation and services. No noise. Internet fast cable connection. Room modern, comfortable. At 6th floor nice view. However, I had to fight coackroaches (with the spray that was provided to me). The sink is not practical and some pieces were broken. Bathroom has a clothesline, water flows well. Windows are blocked but the ventilation is very good (if you leave light on in bathroom) and the air con is good too (as always it is not possible to get a stable temperature above 20 degrees Celsius so you need to turn on off or wear clothes).

Easy to find and the hotel is beautiful. Only problem is with the aircon not cooling properly which we told the receptionist and they fixed it properly. The bed is comfy.

It was amazing experience,everything I expected from a great hotel - the room, the staff, the amenities & convenient location. Breakfast was the best! At a reasonable price too! My family rented several rooms during our family reunion & we will be coming back for sure!

The hotel is clean and the comfortable beds with 4 down pillows are amazing. The breakfast buffet was ok. Didn’t seem to keep things refilled. The only down side was the cockroaches we saw in the cafe and once in our room. We were told they fumigate monthly. But I suppose living in the tropics it can be difficult to control. We did extend our stay here as our travel plans changed. Mostly because of the spacious rooms and wonderful bedding. I would highly recommend.

We had to book a room last minute since our flight was canceled, picked this hotel cause of reviews, beds are super comfortable the pillows are nice , and blacked out drapes were perfect when we arrived at 4 am , breakfast is ok not good but there is something for everyone,
