On a busy street, the traffic noise can be annoying. However, the amenities are good. Spacious room and the internet is fast enough for corporate mobile work. Additionally, i was delighted by their restaurant which is predominantly Korean and it was very good. For a budget stay, i would definitely recommend this place.

Cheap, no fuss, clean sheets, but floors and bathrooms need more cleaning. Even without online booking, checkin is simple and easy. Its better to get the rooms on the back side of the road for better silence. The room contents are adequate for the price. Tv, luggage rack, wardrobe, mini fridge sofa, center table, and safe are all included. I was unable to figure out how to turn off the air conditioning, so at one point i just set it to minimum. A hygiene kit, toothbrush and paste, as well as a ladies kit are included in the room. Towels and hand towels are also provided. Large and quite new television with tv space that is spacious and not crowded. Sofa is good and feels clean. Bed has nice sheets and pillows, fresh and clean floor. Air smells like it is not being aired out and is stuffy, mixed with bleach. This was consistent when we entered the apartment. There was some unseen sticky residue on its floor, maybe leftover from the last time it was cleaned, hot water was weak but sufficient for soaking in. Tiles need to be re grouted. Bathroom also includes utensils.

The website has pictures of the room so you can see what you are getting when you choose, and it also provides their phone number and email address for communication and inquiries. I booked my room directly through their website but i called to make it easier for me to reserve a room. Prices vary depending on how you book, which room you select and if it includes breakfast (get the breakfast, its good. The location is easy to access because it is next to the main road of dr. Acadio Santos straits, as well as displaying tv screens and an image of your hotel and directions from their site. Since this option was cheaper than the standard walkin rate, ive paid 1000 php for reserving. When you make ebook, you receive an email and another email to confirm your deposit. It was also spacious like the bathroom. They provided towels, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton pads for makeup, etc. We used their modem for channels because he prefer Netflix, so we chose that. There was no need to worry about the noise in the rooms because the hotel is right next door to bldg. In the morning, breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am. If you chose this choice, please consider it. For security reasons, they have bottled food and even fried eggs. After that, we had our free coffee and mil

My stay at the grami hotel was satisfactory. The staff were attentive to my requests and extremely friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was not an issue. It was convenient to purchase items and relocate to other locations because the location is in front of sm mall. Throughout my stay here, i was able to sleep soundly.
