Effective July 17, 2023, one-time mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner for bookings passing December 31, 2023 tour date is included in the room rate based on standard occupancy. Mandatory gala dinner for New Year’s Eve is billed based on minimum occupancy of 2 person in a room; except Family rooms with minimum occupancy of 4 persons. If number of guest is less than the standard occupancy per room category, 2 persons (or 4 persons for Family room) will still be charged respectively. Mandatory Gala Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.
Mandatory Gala Dinner for bookings passing Chinese New Year (rate and date to be advised) are not yet included in the room charge. This will be billed on top of the room rate as soon as the dinner rates are available with a minimum of 2 persons; except Family room which is minimum of 4 persons. Mandatory Gala Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.
A credit card security deposit of PHP 2000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 30 business days following your stay.
Airport transfer is available at an additional charge. In order to reserve the transfer, please inform the property of your arrival details at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
