In the end, I felt that the hotel was too expensive, particularly considering how modest the hotel is. I found the facilities and services to be very limited. The rooms are not very well-kept. The cupboard in our room was dirty. The bathroom tiles were not extremely clean. Our room took a long time to become chilly due to the very old aircon. There was no complimentary water or heater provided. Odd because there were complimentary coffee sachets in the room. The hotel employs a lot of employees and was generally courteous, but I found the services to be inadequate. When we ate our meal at their restaurant, service was tastier since there was just one employee serving, but there were numerous attendants chatting at the reception area. The same applies for breakfast.

When we joined a locos tour, we reserved a room at this hotel. This hotel has a good location because it is close to a shopping mall and rest stops. Excellent customer service was provided by the staff. The service at breakfast was also superb. The room's plumbing was leaking and we didn't receive the key to the room's lock. The room's smell was foul, so we asked for an air spray. The wifi signal was weak and hard to connect.

The location was so strategic, I can go to the main city in 10 minutes or less. The staff is very polite and give me my request. And they also provide free shuttle pick-up from the airport.

The location is close to the town mall and many restaurants, we checked in last September for 3 days and 2 nights, and the staff were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean, but the wifi was so weak.
