Marton review Great location easy walk to SM City Ecoland. Big grocery store, shops and restaurants nearby. Nice rooms, new building, stove burner and all the dishes, pots and pans we needed. Full size refrigerator, comfortable bed and quite, safe location. Excellent WiFi. Staff super nice, front desk , housekeeping and manager, Arnold, super helpful. This is one of my very few perfect ratings I’ve given to a hotel but this place really is excellent!

Every thing was great, very close to sm mall. Kitchen had all necessary cooking utensils which is unusual. Clean and comfortable. Service would have been perfect if they had an umbrella or could get me a cab.

I have stayed at a number of hotels in Davao and for this price range Marton is by far the best I have seen. New hotel, fast wifi, fully equipped room. Very short walk to SM Mall. Will stay again the next time I am back.

In my opinion, this is not the place for you if you're in the center of data city. However, it's fine for everyone else. This is a straightforward and effective form of hotel administration. There is no pool, no restaurant, and no room service. For all intents and purposes, this is just a lovely little hotel that is located in an upscale gated neighborhood and within walking distance of one of Data City's major malls. Martin suites is peaceful at all times, especially at night. The rooms are a very good size, and they come with a refrigerator, propane stove, pots, pans, rice cooker, kettle, plates, cups, and utensils. Excellent bedding, comfortable shower, and excellent pillows. Contemporary and eyecatching in the furnishings in the space. The open spaces are open and inviting to stroll through. Superfast and cable to the internet impressed me in particular. We were able to watch Netflix whenever we wanted without buffering. Now for the service. When we arrived, we were assigned a secondfloor room. However, I was wearing a knee brace because I had recently used running too much force. When I did, the person at the desk inquired where the hotel receives the pillows. It was a no brainer when she found out the pillow when I began to climb up the stairs. She demanded that the pillow be purchased from

Dont waste your money on the hotel next to your door with low-quality breakfast included in the expensive rates and tiny room. Martin suites are an excellent choice for a fraction of the cost of a nearby pseudofull service hotel. Fresh, spotless, and welcoming employees, and it takes less than two minutes to walk to a major shopping center. The room is spacious enough, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great through a noisy but noisy room, a large closet, and bedroom slippers are all provided. For those who want to cook their own meals, there is a dining table, kitchenette, large refrigerator, cooking and serving utensils. Working well. The restroom is roomy and equipped with a hanging shelf for extra storage. Water pressure is adequate, the heater is functional, and all the essential items are present. Maybe add a bidet or a dipper. Wifi works. A hairdryer is also available. I didn't want to inquire about the iron however. No breakfast, but I had only bought pastries from the mall the previous night.

Stayed two nights at the Marriott suites and was really happy. The room was clean and comfortable with kitchenware, utensils, and other necessities. The bathroom was clean and had excellent hot water. Cable has a limited network, there is no backup generator, and the cable arrived with a brownout. The address is incorrectly listed as Tulip Drive rather than As tulip Street. The location is just a short walk from so Iceland. There are many restaurants and local food outlets nearby and walking around is quite secure. The reception staff was loud late at night and early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

Martin Suites is a compact yet fully furnished suite located in iceland, one of the quieter districts in Data City. It is a few blocks from a supermarket in case you need a quick grocery run and from the highway making it easier to hail a cab or a jeep and explore the city on your own.

My room was clean. The aircon was really cold. A bit small but for the price was ok. The internet was slow. Reception and guards were very friendly. I will stay there again. So close to the mall too.

空港からタクシーで向かいましたが、住宅街の中で少し分かりずらい立地です。 WIFIもよく拾います。キッチンが付いておりガスも使えます。フライパン、ケトルに食器も付いており朝は自炊しました。非常にコスパのいいホテルです。日本語は全く使えません。英語かタガログが必要です。

Internet and phone signal sucks inside the room. Quick stay doesn't need kitchen. They should have atleast electric keetle. Modern hotel supposedly provides hair blower. Receptionist not friendly. Bed and pillows are great and very comfortable. Clean room and enough space.
