13) All equipment required for the upkeep, and feeding of pets are to be provided by the guest. Under no circumstances shall any equipment within the property be used for animal use, this includes the use of available towels and linen for your pets. Any use of linen for their pets is to incur corresponding charges. Stained linen will be charged the corresponding cleaning fee while permanently stained linens will be charged with a corresponding replacement fee.
14) Any damage caused by the pet(s) shall be charged to the registered guest and must be paid immediately.
15) The Hotel Management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness of any pet for any reason whatsoever.
16) The guest shall give a security deposit, equivalent to One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,500.00) per room upon check-in. The security deposit will cover any damages. After confirmation and clearance that no damage was found in the room and no extra cleaning efforts were required, the security deposit shall be returned.
17) Pet owners will be required to promptly address any complaints made by fellow guests regarding noise or any other disturbance that may be caused by the pet/s. In the event that any pet becomes overly disruptive or in any way aggressive towards other guests or employees, the pet must be removed from the property. In the event that any pet is considered dangerous by the Hotel Management, it shall immediately be removed from the property by the guest.
18) The guest shall strictly comply with rules and regulations which may be issued by Hotel Management. Hotel Management reserves the right to require room changes, removal of pet/s from the property, refuse or discontinue service without refund if, in the hotel’s sole discretion, the pet is considered dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt hotel guests, has damaged hotel property, or for failure to abide by these policies.
19) The guest accepts full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet(s). The guest agrees to make any reimbursement for such damages on demand.
20) Pet owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Hotel Management, its owners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the pet(s).
Additional Terms & Conditions for Pawsome Petcations:

1) A maximum of two pets (2) are allowed per room.
2) Pet/s must be declared by the guest prior to check-in.
3) Pet owners shall present the vaccination record upon check-in.
4) All pet vaccinations, especially anti-rabies must be current and valid.
5) Pets aside from dogs or cats should have their cages present during their stay.
6) Pets shall have a maximum height of 60 centimeters (2 ft.) or up to Medium sized (11kg to 26kg).
7) Pets are allowed only in their registered rooms.
8) Keep your pet leashed and with diapers at all times when heading out of your room & in public areas.
9) Keep your pet leashed during the make-up room and when seeking for assistance inside your room.
10) Pets are allowed to stay at the Paw Park provided that owners will monitor them. Rowdy behavior from pets and owners will not be tolerated.
11) The guest agrees not to leave any pet/s unattended. Pets that are left unattended for more than forty-eight (48) hours shall be considered abandoned and subsequently, the registered guest shall be reported to the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) for alleged violation of R.A. 8485. The registered guest shall indemnify the Hotel Management for any costs, losses or damages which may result from such action being taken.
12) Pet owners are responsible to bring their pets’ necessities during their stay. mySTAY Hotels is not expected to provide for these. However, a complimentary set of pee pad and a disposable poop bag will be provided per stay.
Our standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 04:00 pm is charged half of your room rate while check-out beyond 04:00 PM is subject to a one-night room charge based on the best available rate.

1) Maximum of two (2) adults will be allowed inside the Deluxe Rooms & Loft Bunk Rooms and four (4) adults inside the Garden Suite. Visitors must be registered at the Front Desk.
2) Smoking is not allowed on premises. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 will be charged for every infraction well as confiscation of tobacco, vape, and other illegal products.
3) Cleaning and changing of linens will be done in between stays. Long stay guests could have their rooms cleaned and linens changed every 3 days.
4) The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for stained linens, losses, and breakages in the room for the duration of your stay.
5) The hotel will not be liable for any valuables left inside the room as governed by the civil code of the Philippines.
6) The hotel reserves the right to institute necessary action in case of self check-out, non-compliance, disorderly conduct, or failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount.
7) Any deliveries should be received by the guest. The hotel will not accept deliveries on behalf of the guest.
8) The guest acknowledgements of, agreements on and complies with the hotel’s House Rules.
9) Provide a valid government ID (local guest) or passport (foreign guest) and vaccination card upon check in.
10) PHP 1,000 Security Deposit (Regular Booking) and PHP 1,500 Security Deposit (Pawsome Petcations Booking) will be collected upon check in but refundable upon checkout if you did not consume any additional charge/s.
11) We also offer breakfast at an additional charge of PHP 209.00nett per person (this includes your choice of breakfast bowl & drip coffee/brewed iced tea).

Standard check-in time is 02:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 AM to 05:00 AM is subject to a one-night room charge. Check-in time from 05:00 AM onwards is subject to a half-day room charge.
