A valid ID is required upon check-in for verification of domestic residents booking at domestic rates.

Health and Safety Guidelines:• Guest of all ages from GCQ and MGCQ areas, as well as those residing in the NCR + bubble are welcome.• Only guests below 18 and above 65 years old are required to present a negative RT-PCR result. The test must be performed within 72 hours prior to check-in.• All guests are required to wear face masks and face shields prior to entry into the hotel or car service.• Guests are subjected to temperature reading and hand sanitation at the entrance;• Guests are to fill-in a health and travel history form upon arrival/check-in;• Pregnant women, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity or other health risks re not allowed.
In compliance with the law and for the general wellness of everyone, cigarette smoking, including vape or e-cigarette, is no longer permitted in any of our guest rooms and other facilities. Evidence of violation of our smoke free policy will result to PHP5,000 charge on your bill for the cleaning fee.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests smoking elsewhere are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
We certainly understand that some of our guests still enjoy smoking. We simply ask that you step outside to our designated smoking areas. Thank you for your cooperation.
