Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. The room is excellent, and the pool is crystal clear. The staffs are very accommodating to us, which is why our breakfast in the atrium is very unforgettable.

As a wedding present for my sister and brotherinlaw, I reserved a night in the Baleal Cavity on September 22. I was confident that this would be a lovely location for them to spend their vacation because of all of my pal's favorable evaluations and recommendations. And Baleal Cavalier did not let us down. The employees were welcoming and courteous, and my brother-in-law's sister in law and sister-in-law had a lovely time here. I asked my fiance to add wine to make it more special because it was a wedding present for my sister. I appreciate Excel the team for making it happen. They even provided complimentary cake as a congratulations note. Thanks to the team for accommodating all of my inquiries.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms and apartments are very nice and modern. However, the kitchen needs higher-quality food when you order something you think about something like the quality of a restaurant, it more closely resembles home cooking that is either uncoordinated or unprepared. My last meal was beef short rib overcooked with too much sweet sauce the day before, lamb chop not cooked properly and not cut sufficiently well. Desserts are medium and rare, but only a few items on the menu are available, and they taste dated and heavy. My carrot garnish was not cooked very hard two days in a row, the Caesar salad needed more anchovies and garlic, and breakfast needs quality, too. There was only too much rice on the buffet, and no bacon or good sausage.

I really liked the pool area service, the food was great and the service was great. The hotel staff named Leonard and Leah treated my family very well and recommended us great Filipino dishes that met our expectations. I would strongly recommend this to future guests who want to have a great Filipino dining experience!.
