6-star service. It was a painless week-long quarantine because of Grand Valero Suites' staff - they make the hotel. Kudos to the Front Office team: Jana, Jerome, Sarrah, and Manuel from Security. Love how you guys operate and delivering it with grace and smiles in these crazy times is the highest level of service received.

This is my go to hotel whenever I am in Manila. I feel safe and secure in the area plus the fact that I always receive good service from the staff of Valero Grand Suites, Makati. In this recent stay, I encountered some problems but the staff sees to it that it gets solved right-away.

Very friendly stuff and also a clean room, quite and I think a good wifi too. My only concern is they dont have microwave in their room but they have kitchen well idk but I think you are free to ask. It was anyway 1 night stay.

Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel is a great place to stay at a most convenient location. Cozy and quiet rooms are spacious. Their service is at its best though it’s pandemic. Their precautionary measures and protocols are highly met.

Not as what I am expecting comparably with the other Hotel I have stayed within Makati area. Limited hotel staff to attend the needs of the guest and food delivery always send to the room late and will received the food cold and there is no appliance to reheat the food.
