We really enjoy our stay here. Taste of Vietnam, nice place to visit, clean, and gondola rides a little bit too expensive, around 400. 00 per person, so I only take pictures and other stuff. Shopping is acceptable too expensive, but the restaurant is good. Good place to have a family.

I am very happy to find this place. This place is close to Spin City laundry shop. It is a reputable business that offers complete service laundry and dry cleaning services with free pickup and delivery. It was established in 2015. It serves as a guide to our efforts to be exemplary corporate citizens by providing extra clean, fresh, and safe services to groups. Since then, it has developed a reputation for providing a professional and high quality standard of laundry service to both individuals and institutions. Since the company was in operation for a brief period of time, it has seen a lot of potential to expand to a bigger market.

It's not every day that we stay in a prestigious luxury condo. Whether you're a businessman or a tourist, you can quickly stroll around, unwind in the pool, or just stroll along the Bangkok Boulevard. The Philippines's posh financial district is conveniently close by. The airport is only 30 minutes away, and the Grand Canal Mall is nearby, while mom is 20 minutes away. We chose the one-story unit, so the pleasant view complements the well-kept communal areas. As you enter the lobby, you'll smell an uncomplicated lavender scent.

There were no internet connection, the provided TV was abs-cbn TV plus. Fortunately for us, our own portable wifi solve the problems. The weather is not so good and few hours in the mall was enough for all of us. We are family of four and the dinnerware is good for two. We have invited guests until 8pm and they enjoy the stay. As per choices of room, I choose main canal view and pay extra for that, but our room has only the swimming pool view. Just be honest in the presentation of your facilities and/or amenities. "Grand Canal Mall 1 BR + WiFi"

It was okay stay,except when we asked the receptionist what tower the condo is..we couldn’t answer because in our booking confirmation it doesn’t say. After almost 1 1/2 hours of nerve wracking waiting finally the guys taking care of the condo showed up! Also the is no extra flat sheet. Just one really thin flat sheet that me and my husband had to share which is not enough for us! But over all it was okay condo.It was a walking distance to the Venice Grand Canal Mall and there are lots of restaurants around and a supermarket. Definitely will stay again.

The location was great! The condo needs more improvement (the unit we were in) i.e. bathroom- there’s no where to hang towels, the bed should be replaced with a better one, towels and bed sheets are old!

Actually a lot better than previous reviews had said. Had basically everything you need for a stay. The AC and cable TV choice could use a update. Had running hot water which was a plus. Staff doesn't seem to respond in the right amount of time you'd like them too. Had to has for the WiFi password 4 times. Also make sure if you book for more than 4 people you confirm with the host. For some reason I booked the room for 8 adults but on their end only showed 4 and wanted to charge me a extra guest fee that I already paid through Expedia.

Disappointedme • Solo Trip

The room is not being clean daily. The towels stink, smells like sweat. I have to wash them but there's no dryer. They provide only sheet but no blanket nor comforter. I like the area coz it's nearby the restaurants and the mall but the maintenance of the room is terrible. The trash not being pick up daily. Bathroom not being clean daily. I stayed at Carusso tower before and it's way better than Emmanuel Tower.
