It was definitely worth what you pay for! Their higher rooms with balconies offer the best views and comfort!! The service was great. Ample parking space. Super great location, easily accessible with plenty of options for your needs.

It was an amazing experience. We took a lot of photos in the lobby area. The food served for breakfast was delicious! I had fun with my family. We had to pay 200 pesos per hour since we checked out after 12 noon.

Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Front desk and guards are quick to respond with our needs and timely to accommodate our requests. I always appreciate great service but the hotel itself will not be outdone. Hotel is very near to prime eats and tourist spots. It is very clean; from lobby to hallways and specially our room. Room is very spacious and has this relaxing vibe with its ample lighting; not dark but not too bright. Buffet breakfast may not have that wide of variety but it is delicious and enough.

We checked in in this wonderful hotel from Aug 13-17. We had the executive twin. I highly recommend this hotel when you're in Baguio. My experienced was incredidble. Staffs are very nice, kind, polite and very accommodating. The food was superb. The room is clean and neat. The bathroom is very beautiful as well as the bed. If i only could give 10 stars in this hotel i really would love to mark it.

Really loved my stay in Venus hotel, the staff were amazing from front desk, to restaurantstaff till cleaningladies! My room was located in one of the newer or renovated buildings without parkview but everything was new and perfect. The buffetbreakfast was absolutely amazing, best of all the hotels i stayed in during my 3 weeks trip in the Philippines.

Rooms were as described in the pics. Attendants were nice. I paid more eating in Army Navy than in their restaurant. Its affordable. Room rate I got was worth every penny. Though we had to wait for 30 mins to an 1 hr because they probably thought they wouldn't expect us anymore. We got there on time and rooms were not available yet so we have to seat in their lobby for that long. Regardless, I went home happy and satisfied. I am thinking of looking for another hotel next time, but I might end up in Venus Parkway Hotel still.

Our room was in the new wing. It had lots of natural light, no carpet (I do not like carpets), and the beds are big and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was the bathroom. The sliding door didn't slide smoothly, resulting to abrupt banging of the door to the wall. I have a feeling the glass will break soon if they don't fix it. Also the water faucet in the shower was not secure so it fell off while I was in the shower! I was able to screw it back in but it never should have happened. But that's very minor. Service-wise, everyone was topnotch. They allowed me to check in early (9 am) since the room was already available. The breakfast buffet was impressive. I could have stayed longer at breakfast if we didn't have plans. I will stay here again. TAKE NOTE, make sure to book the new rooms. The old rooms are musty and dark. I hope they renovate those too.

I like the location of this hotel it is walking distance from the park. When we checked in the staff is friendly and helpful. But the things that I don’t like is our breakfast experience the service staff is just standing while our table has a pile of empty plates. We ate dinner in the restaurant as well and we waited for 10mins before they acknowledged us and he forgot our drinks to go with my steak. Lastly is the room service which they never refill our shampoo and soap. Overall it is interesting experience.
