The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for business trips. The room design was really unique.

We recently spent six or six nights here, and in summary, it had been a fantastic stay. Although the parking was limited and the maneuvering was challenging, the kuyang guard was extremely attentive and will guide you throughout your stay as well. I also want to thank the receptionist. One night, an individual in the room above us was too noisy that it seemed like they were moving the furniture, bed, or anything for hours until 12 oclock, perhaps not realizing that we could hear him or her. We called the front desk after we couldnt stand it any longer, but she immediately took action. Un lang ung downside. Whatever noise or movement you make can be heard by the rooms below you. They also adhere to the quarantine procedures. The water dispensers on each floor are convenient, which is enticing because of its prime location and accessibility. Thank you, ihotel!.

I rate the iHotel five stars for its location, cleanliness, and price. Its ideal if you want to stay somewhere affordable but clean and modern. The location is actually its main attraction. Situated right on the edge of uptown bgc, up town mall, or up downtown parade, mitsukoshi is only 3-4 blocks away and is ideal for a short walk.

The hotel is reasonably priced, but the staff is napakabagal ng service nila, like 4 sila sa front desk pero mabagali sil kumilos and more on kiwan pa while mr. Nag checkin kami ang kaibigan kent on february 27th, 2024 around 8 pm. The bed sheets in the room are not clean, they dont check them if they are broken or not. They didnt even check the bedsheets unless they were clean. Service is very bad and the employees need to be trained.

This hotel has a strategic location because it is close to restaurants and shopping in bgc. The staff is helpful and friendly. For the bathroom, it was small for me, there wasnt much legroom for the toilet, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Its strange that no one made up my room for 7 days. Clean towels and trash removal would have been nice.

This is a deluxe queen room at the iHotel. I got it for almost ps 900, which is an excellent deal you can check out their deals on other platforms or websites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location across from the hotel is Mcdonalds, 10 minute walk from uptown mall.

This place offers excellent value for the price paid. The atmosphere is calm, the cleanliness is maintained, and the facilities are wellmaintained. I particularly appreciated the little things, such as the toothbrush kit and slippers. Additionally, they have very clean facilities and a friendly staff. Overall, i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accomodation in general.

The location is the best feature of this hotel. Literally speaking, na tatawid kalang bgc ngc and agad. Additionally, the level of safety is excellent.
