Excellent hotel, very clean and new. Very good sound isolation so rooms are quiet. Good Windows too that do a great job blocking out some of the plane flyovers and vehicle flowcan occur in the neighborhood. Very good location, right in front of the Metro stop. On top of it all the breakfast is very good.

A very clean beautiful modern practical hotel , nice room , good breakfast and very friendly staff. I definitely will be back. Good bedding and nice bathroom. Also is not one of those mega size hotel , is easy to get to your room in no time.

Modernes Stadt-Hotel, gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Umgebung ist auch abends sicher, zudem Metro-Station mit direkter Anbindung zum Flughafen (rote Linie) sowie Stadtzentrum (blaue Linie) direkt vor der Tür.

La jeune femme de l'accueil au check in très gentille car nous sommes arrivee tôt,nous avons patienté que quelques minutes et notre chambre était prête.la chambre magnifique!spacieuse, propre, les draps sentaient bon!!!!le lit immense et confortable. Le petit déjeuner tellement varié il.y en a vraiment pour tous les gouts. le personnel du petit déjeuner était très serviable agréable et discret. Depuis l'aéroport nous sommes arrivé par le métro ligne rouge, direct ,compter environ 30minutes.le métro se situe a 2 pas de l'hôtel Je recommande

Close to everything by Bolt (cheaper than Uber) but still so quiet and perfect. Away from the hustle & bustle. There is train station right across but we did convenient Bolt instead. There are rrally good restaurants around that serve Portuguese, Moroccan, Indian, Arab, vegetarian, Italian &Mexican food. There is a Corte Inglés store and a Zara 5 minutes away by foot. The people (the best feature of this hotel) at the reception were AMAZING and so was the breakfast crew. Breakfast (included) had a great selection of items inclusive of sautéed mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini and carrots. Their coffee machine has a good variety of coffees to choose from; the latte macchiato was so creamy. There was real tomato juice and machine fruit punch, orange juice and something else I forgot along with water. Nice building design and VERY clean. Would come back in a heartbeat. We LOVED it.

The Staff are all very friendly and kind, from the cleaner to breakfast staff, special mention to Pablo who helped me with my query regarding my booked tour to Sintra and he even helped me to phone the company and spoke to them in Portuguese, really appreciated it, they are also very helpful in giving directions when you ask about places to go and five you some recommendations and advise, the Hotel in all is very good, they even converted my room bed to a queen bed by putting a whole top mattress as i was in a two single beds on my first night, when i ask them if i can be move to a double room they said no available but they will make the bed double by putting a top mattress, the pillows are so soft ad well very comfortable and huggable pillows:) the only thing that i can slightly comment negatively is the breakfast, it is delicious but serving the same variety almost everyday which is actually happen in other hotels, the only dish that change is the grilled or fry vegetable, sometimes fried tomatoes then sometimes fried Aubergine, which is both equally delicious, i also love the small chorizo sausages, apart from that my stay is perfect over all, the Hotel is also next to Metro and 5-7 to the Shopping Mall and Branded High end shops if you love shopping as well as nice restaurants around the area. If coming back to Lisbon ill stay in the same Hotel again👏👏👏

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and wish I could've stayed there longer. It has a convenient location that's 5 minutes away from the metro and a major shopping center. The rooms are so stylishly designed and clean. I noticed the rooms also come with scales, which is something I hadn't really seen in other hotels I've been to, which is cool. The best part though is the breakfast. They have such a large spread of options and are super diligent about replacing empty plates and trays of food. Truly, I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat if I'm ever back in Lisbon!

Staff were really friendly and helpful from Andre at reception to the bar man. Rooms are clean and good size. We were on the 9th floor. Breakfast had a reasonable selection that caters for everyone. Metro directly opposite the hotel with great connections to get everywhere we wanted to go to. Colina restaurant 6mins from hotel and good selection of Portugese food. For upmarket restaurants try JNCQuoi - Av Liberdade, half an hour walk or get Metro to Avienda. Also, Nunes Real Marisqueira- Seafood and Fish (no view) - really good food, expensive but worth eating here. Get 727 bus to Belem tower (ask reception) Both restaurants were incredible.
