In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests should let Roteiro dos Moinhos know of their expected arrival time, at least 48 hours in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that the 30% deposit is charged on the day of booking and payment must be received within 5 days. Roteiro dos Moinhos will contact guests with further details. Late check-in after 21:00 and early check-out before 09:00 are available. An additional fee of EUR 30 is charged for this service.
