Luxury at a price! But So Worth it!! A lifesaver! Tell them you flight in and out times and you book just the hours you need! We had a twelve hr room which was first class in cleanliness and luxury! Very comfortable bedand room. One free meal each and use of a swimming pool, lounge and bar/restaurant!

Best airport hotel that I’ve stayed in. Very quiet. Bedding is super comfortable. Delicious vegan option for the complimentary meal - spaghetti with mushrooms and colorful veggies in a mushroom sauce. Don’t forget your swimsuit. The hotel rooftop pool is a welcome break from travel. If you do forget, swimsuits are available for purchase.

At first, I was a little skeptical staying at a transit hotel but since my flight landed at 1am and had a 12 hour layover I NEEDED somewhere to stay and sleep. This hotel is awesome and the beds/pillows/blankets were so incredibly comfortable. the shower and bathroom were clean and very spacious!! Will stay again on my next trip.

I booked a 12-hour room for 9PM to 9AM. We got to the hotel at 11PM and there was a cue to get registered since there was only one person working at the desk. Another person finally came out. Took about 15 minutes to register and another 10 minutes to get our room. I was told to check out at 8AM for our flight. The room is elegant and well-appointed, but only had a pump soap/shampoo and toothbrush for amenities. The wifi is the airport's wifi. The air-condition is quite strong and was white noise during the whole stay. You get to choose one free meal that you order by phone and eat at a common space. We had a 12-hour layover in Singapore and all options were expensive. It was a good choice since we did not lounge access and wanted to sleep and shower. Next time I would choose the hotel in the terminal I was flying out of (terminal 3) since it is quite far away from our gate.

Departing passengers from the city to note that most airline counters open only 3 hrs before departure. As such, you are not allowed access into the Transit area earlier, unless early check-in is available with your airline.
If in doubt on arrival, please approach our 24-hour front desk for advice about luggage collection, onward boarding passes, or re-entering the transit area.
If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge of $90 nett, to be paid at hotel during check-in.
The property is located in Changi Airport, AIRSIDE, Terminal 1, Departure Transit area, and access is via escalator near departure Gate D40. The hotel offers hourly accommodations (minimum 6-hour block charge applies) and boasts having the only AIRSIDE hotel outdoor swimming pool worldwide, a poolside bar, an exercise corner, and a library lounge exclusively for registered guests.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
