We have spent two weeks of comfortable stay here. Excellent location with many shopping malls and MRT Orchard station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There is room cleaning three times a week.Overall clean. Free launderette.Furnitures are a bit old but acceptable. Must come again for future long holiday.

Almost everything is excellent about this property. The welcome, the size of the rooms, the shower and bath pressure and temperature. The kitchen appliances. The only real issue I had was that most rooms don't have their own washing machine, and of the 6 washers and 6 dryers in the basement, nearly of them are out of service with no sign of getting fixed.

It's the second time we've stayed here. Great location, friendly service, comfortable room, firm beds (which we like), well-equipped kitchen (but no plastic cover in the microwave to stop food from splashing about and no dishwasher, which was fine with us), secure Wifi, loaner umbrellas, and a very lovely pool. It’s so convenient. Never drive out for 7 days. Almost daily room cleaning - vacuum / mop. And very well equipped kitchen - toaster / oven / microwave / gas stove *4 / rice cooker / sharp knife/ mittens / so many ! Cable tv on both floors. Bath tub. Great gym with free weights and a bench.

stayed in the loft, it was comfortable for 1 - 2 pax. while the living area has furniture that looks like they've been there since the 90s, the bedroom and master toilet are more modern looking. love the bed and pillows and that the kitchen has wide range of pots, pans, tupperware and cultery (that are also clean and new).

長期滞在しています。ロケーションも良くどこに行くのも便利です。キッチンがある為自炊が出来るので自宅にいる感覚で滞在出来ます。目の前が高島屋なので食材の調達にも困りません。歩いて直ぐのところにドンキがあり日本の食材もなんでも手に入ります。部屋もアップグレードしてもらって至れり尽くせりです。アパートメントホテルはあまり朝食は付いていないのですが、ここは平日に限りますが、朝食が付いていて、更に値段もこの辺りでは安くてお勧めです。1ベッドルームでも50m3以上あり部屋も広くゆったり出来ます。

The hotel is placed right behind Orchard Road, so you get the closeness and avoid the noise, yet shopping malls, MRT, restaurants etc. are very nearby! Hotel staff was very friendly and service minded throughout the entire stay. Special thanks to front desk staff Nelson Teng, Ms Jey, Ms Izzuti, who were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are quite spacious, but some furniture inside the apartments may require some renovation - however it does not compromise the excellent overall evaluation. I would love to return to Orchard Parksuites over and over again for each visit to Singapore. :)

Excellent location, right next to two malls. Very spacious unit. Helpful staff. Continental breakfast includes quite a variety of food. Has swimming pool, court for either badminton or basketball. Easily walk to Orchard Road with all mega malls.

Very close to Orchard Road shopping, Orchard MRT and taxi rank. So very convenient for all transportation. Breakfast space was small and options were limited. Overall the stay was very good and enjoyable. Highly recommended compared to staying in hotels.
