Room wasn't spacious but it was attractive and functional. The wifi was consistently excellent, and there are electric outlets in the dining room. The staff is helpful and eager to please. The breakfast spread is good.

The staff was very friendly and met me with smiles. Extremely helpful and do not hesitate to answer any doubts. A/C and entering the room was an awesome experience, and the place is quite central to many things. Gym was only used once, but it contains basic equipment for strength training, but a lot of equipment aimed for functional training. There is 24/7 access.

I would highly recommend the Pullman Hotel, Hill Street Singapore. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of the city by and night. I will definitely be staying there again.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Very central and easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the extras you would hope to find in your room. We stayed for 6 nights and had the half board option. The breakfast was amazing lovely choice of cooked or cold. Lovely choice of fruits,however we felt the evening menu was a bit monotonous for six nights. This is not a complaint as all the evening meals that we had were nice we just wish the menu was different each day. The staff were lovely and friendly, they welcomed us each day and made our stay a happy one. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lage sehr gut! Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal! Zimmer sehr ruhig, angenehme Betten. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die zu geringe Beleuchtung in Badezimmer und Vorraum. Würden wieder buchen.

Staff are helpful and welcoming. Very considerate and baby- centred. Food are nice (The Madison and 3/F). Truly appreciated the staff in these two dining places yet we were unable to remember all their names; we have Ms May, Ms Catherine and Ms Tiffany at Madison.

Honestly amazing, the attention to detail was so good. Very clean and quiet, room had all the amenities you needed. Location was perfect to get to all the main attractions, plenty of restaurants nearby - the rooftop has a great view of the MBS. The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely. Had a small issue with a shard of glass in the yoghurt; the staff were extremely apologetic and took it very seriously - they even sent some sweet treats to my room to apologise again. Will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Singapore! Loved the train design of the hotel!

I must admit that the staff at pullman has made your stay special and enjoyable from the start. The hotels location is excellent, its close to city hall mrt, smu, and a ton of good dining options as well as shopping. Breakfast options were very limited and had no changes, but i stayed for 6 nights and it was the same. Also, some of the basic cereals were missing. Homemade yogurt and cold muesli did not live up to my expectations for this property.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. After, the breakfast was amazing with a great atmosphere from other guests and staff. Subsequently, they have tv facilities that can be seen from the rooftop pool. Thereafter, location is strategic. Hereafter there are excellent employees.
