-In accordance with our hotel policy, guests under the age of 19 are only allowed to stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
-If the guest checking in is not the same as the person who made the reservation, we may request the reservation confirmation and valid ID of the actual guest at check-in. Please note that failure to provide these documents may result in denied check-in.
-A valid credit card is required at check-in for guarantee and incidental charges. The card will only be used for authorization purposes and will not be charged without prior notice.
-Disposable personal items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are available for a fee of KRW 1,000(10% tax included) per set.
-An extra bed can be provided for an additional fee of KRW 33,000(10% tax included) per bed per night. This service is only available for certain room types and must be requested in advance, subject to availability.
-The hotel parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis with a car lift system (maximum vehicle height: 1.9m), and one vehicle per room can be registered free of charge during the stay; additional vehicles or parking outside the stay period will incur a fee of KRW 1,000 per 10 minutes.

-Please note that ironing and laundry services are available for an additional charge.
-A baby cot can be provided free of charge. However, availability is limited and it can only be offered if in stock. We kindly ask that you check with the property in advance regarding availability.
