[Caution]
1. Pets are not permitted, and cancellations and refunds are not possible due to this.
2. Smoking is prohibited on the terrace and inside the building. If you are caught smoking, a cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged. (Smoke alarms are so sensitive that smoking can set off an alarm throughout the building, and electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.)
3. Please be careful not to drink excessively, make loud noises, or make noise between floors in multi-use facilities.
4. If you exceed the maximum number of guests per room, you cannot stay, and anyone other than the person making the reservation is prohibited from using the hotel.

[Information Use]
1. Room types include double room (2 people), twin room (2 people), family room (4 people), and suite (standard 4 people, maximum 6 people). Exceeding the maximum number of guests or adding additional children, including infants and toddlers, is not allowed, and cancellations and refunds are not possible due to this.

7. Simple cooking is possible in the shared kitchen on the first floor, and the necessary cooking utensils are provided.
8. You can use the public washing machine on the 1st floor for free. If you request laundry service, a fee of 5,000 won per time will be charged and must be delivered to the front desk.
9. Room maintenance and bedding replacement are not included in the room rate, and an additional cost of 10,000 won will be incurred if necessary.
10. Parking facilities are not provided, but you can use the nearby Ikseon-dong paid parking lot (paid, address: 28 Samil-daero 30-gil, Jongno-gu).
11. Please place used trash in a volume-based bag in the hallway and dispose of it in front of your room.
12. When staying for multiple nights, one towel is provided per day.
13. In the case of long-term stays, a deposit of 100,000 won is required and will be returned after checking for damage or contamination in the room upon departure (in case of damage or loss of items, compensation based on purchase cost is required).

[Check-in information]
1. Hotel Dada operates a non-face-to-face check-in/out system, and you can enter your room through a check-in information text message without visiting the front desk.
2. Check-in is possible from 4 PM, and a smart key URL (room number, password) will be sent to the contact information provided between 12 PM and 1 PM on the day of check-in. Through the message you receive, you can easily check-in without additional check-in procedures. If you do not receive a text message, easy self-check-in is possible even after 4pm at the on-site kiosk. (If you make a reservation after 1pm on the day of check-in, the smart key URL will be sent to the contact information provided within 30 minutes to 1 hour.)
3. If the contact information listed in the sales channel is different, you may not receive the check-in information text, so please enter it accurately. (Compensation is not possible if contact information is not provided or is incorrectly provided.)

5. Accommodation by minors is not possible even with the consent of a guardian. According to the Youth Protection Act, minors under the age of 19 who are not accompanied by a guardian will be forced to leave the room if they are caught sleeping together or drinking.
6. If the room is damaged due to the customer's negligence, a restoration fee will be charged.
7. Holding parties and events in the room is prohibited, and if caught, you will be forced to leave the room.
8. To prevent fire, the use of candles, etc. is prohibited in guest rooms.
9. Failure to follow basic etiquette or actions that cause harm to others or cause discomfort may be grounds for forced eviction.
