* Parking information
- Premier Suite W supports free parking for 1 car, and other types support free parking for up to 2 cars.
- The link to apply for free parking in advance will be provided at 13:00 on the day of check-in, and one-time application is required.
- Parking is available on the exclusive floors of the 2nd to 4th underground residences. (Pay for other floors, please check tower A and B signs.)
- If there is no prior application, a parking fee will be charged, and there may be restrictions on the breaker on the second basement floor.

* EXTRA PERSON CHARGE
- All facilities in the room are tailored to the number of people in the room.
- Additional guests can be accommodated up to the maximum capacity of the room for an extra fee. Once you paid for it, the items listed below will be delivered to yourroom.
- Extra Charge: 35,000 KRW / Per person
- Items: Extra bedding / Water / Coffee Capsule / Room slippers / Towel

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
