Mangrove Dongdaemun is a coribing house where various one- to two-person households live together. We inform you in advance that services are not provided on the same basis as regular accommodation facilities.

The maximum number of guests is 2. Additional accommodation is available for one child under the age of 3 (no additional bedding and baby supplies provided).

Minors are not allowed to stay without an adult guardian.

Outsiders other than guest rooms are not allowed to enter the building except on the first floor
Pet accommodation is not allowed
Cooking is not allowed in the room. Please feel free to use the public kitchen on B1F and B15F
Damage or loss of items in the room may result from customer negligence.

The new mangrove is a non-smoking area for the entire building. There is a penalty for smoking in the room.

There is no parking space, so we recommend using public transportation.

Mangrove is minimizing the use of disposable amenities. Items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided for free, so please bring your personal necessities. You can also buy eco-friendly household items at the Mangrove Store.

If you stay more than six nights, one free room cleaning is provided. However, room cleaning service is not included as discounts are provided for long-term stays of more than 28 nights. If you want room cleaning service among customers who stay longer than 28 nights, it is provided as a paid service. You can request it after paying at the desk up to one day before the date you want to clean.
Other policies and additional charges may apply if you book more than 5 rooms.


[Guidelines for self-check-in]
□Please scan the QR code for self-check-in on the front desk on the first floor of the hotel. You can then self-check-in by entering your reservation information.

- If you enter a name, be sure to enter the same name and language you entered at the time of booking.


[Guidelines on hotel access]
□ Hotel main gate is only open until 1 a.m. After that, you can enter by QR code or card key.
□If you arrive after 1 a.m., you can self-check-in by scanning the standing QR code next to the main gate and entering the reservation information.


[Guidelines for luggage room usage]

The □ luggage room is across from the front desk. It is available before check-in and after check-out. However, please note that it is only available until midnight on the day of check-out.
