The guest-only business lounge is open to guests aged 13 years and older only. (Children under the age of 13 will be allowed entry between 11 AM and 3 PM on weekends and public holidays, only if accompanied by an adult guardian.) ※ If a private event is scheduled, admission may be limited.
- Executive Lounge guests may invite up to 2 non-resident guests, except Friday to Sunday and holidays.

[Facilities]
- The fitness centre, indoor sauna, and indoor swimming pool are closed on the third Wednesday of every month.
- Fitness Center/Indoor Sauna (3rd floor): 5:30 AM - 10:30 PM
- Indoor Swimming Pool (3rd floor): 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed to access the fitness centre and guests under the age of 13 are not allowed to access the indoor sauna and indoor swimming pool.
- Guests will be charged an extra fee for using the sauna (except for guests staying in the Executive and Suite room types).

[Outdoor Swimming Pool]
- Urban Island Operating Hours: Urban Island operating hours vary by period, so please refer to the hotel website.
- When using facilities such as adult pools, kids pools, and jacuzzi, please be guided by on-site lifeguard staff.
- Customers with a height of less than 140cm need to company with their adult guardians, and they must wear a life jacket when using adult pool.
- Sunbeds are allocated on a first come, first served basis and two sunbeds are available per room. Two sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are prioritized for customers who have reserved them as part of a special package.
- Only tubes of less than 1m in diameter are allowed to be brought in and can only be used in the kids pool.
- You may wait for use if the number of people exceeds the limit.
- Use of Urban Island may be restricted depending on weather conditions such as rainfall, typhoon, and cold wave.


※ Urban Island Kids Pool is available from March 28,2025.

Information for transportation is as follows:
- Guests can take the 6702 KAL bus from Incheon International Airport and get off at Jangchung Gymnasium Station.
- It takes approximately 2 hours from the airport to the hotel, and 15 minutes to walk from the bus stop.
- A shuttle pick-up service is available from the hotel parking lot to the lobby. If guests wish to use the pick-up service, they may contact the hotel 10 minutes before arrival on +82 2 2233 3131.

Online, auto, and self-service check-in are not available.
Reservations for children (under 13 years old) are not available on the site. please contact the property directly for the reservation.
